The name is no longer panda garden - but you're better off going to Panda Express instead. We were sat down in a booth and were ignored for 20 minutes. No one offered us water or any drinks. The place was not even that busy, but it just seemed super disorganized, and they seemed more intent on serving their carry-out customers. That also gave us ample time to look at their menu, which is pricey for the area, and honestly did not look worth it.

The new Owners of the Asian Kitchen are raising the bar in Prunedale!! Lo-Ann is super friendly and the food is wonderful! We have five boys and every time we order food it is always fresh I cant say anything negative. We are really glad Panda Garden is soo good! Thank You

Very small portion of pho noodles that were underdone. Was really looking forward to the fact that I might not have to go into Salinas to eat pho apparently not so smallest portion I've ever been served. $15 for a large was a small portion

Am so happy to eat this Chinese food. Took me way too long to find out how good it is. Crunchy not soggy Hunan beef, so delish not too oily Szechuan eggplant, big plump shrimps, great chow fun , everything we ordered was mackadotious, and the service very nice too. Panda Garden's my new favorite Chinese Restaurant.

OMG my new favorite! The strawberry milk tea comes with heart shaped boba, I'm obsessed. The owner, Lo-Ann, saw that we ordered all of our dishes extra spicy so she brought us some of her home grown peppers. The gesture was incredibly sweet and the peppers were seriously hot. So basically I am in love, I wish I could give bonus stars. Generally all of the dishes were well made with great flavors, the interior design is cute, chic, and classic. I will be taking my friends and family here in the future!

Workers were very kind and attentive. Place is week kept and clean. Food is definitely not the same as how Wendy had it. We are sad to say that our panda garden days are over. The rice is hard, pan fried noodles are cooked differently then before. We were sad when this place went under new ownership and decided to give it a try since we were told they had the same cooks and menu. It’s definitely not the same.

My partner and I wanted to dine in at Panda Garden, our favorite place in town, for the first time since the pandemic started. We got there and found out ownership had changed. No Hong Kong noodles, was my favorite…My partner’s food came out way later than mine. Like 20 minutes later…Their response was mobile orders got in the way…. But they gave us a free chicken dish. Food was good but not the same as it used to be…. I hope they step it up or they will lose customers. I don’t think we will eating here before we move. Salinas it is…Unfortunate :(

Excellent food. Great service. Every time I come here I am pleasantly surprised with how good it is. They remember you and treat you well. If you ask for something off menu they will make it for you and it will be awesome! I recommend the BBQ pork, house chow mein, schechuan eggplant and pot stickers.

Under new management. I've been eating here for years. I recently moved out of state and coming back to visit. The change to new management turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hostess was really nice and polite. The FOOD was amazing. My favorite dish is the general chicken 10/10. The orange chicken is prepared the original way. It is so crispy and delicious. The orange sauce is phenomenal. They also have added a wide verity of milk tea to the menu. I had the black tea and my siblings had the strawberry. All were very good. The owner came to our table to see how everything was. She was super nice and very informative of all the menu changes and the preparation of the dishes. Very friendly environment. I plan on stopping in more often while I am in town. Highly recommend this place.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years. Today we found out that it is under new ownership, and we are very sad to find out this unfortunate news. Wendy and her family have always treated us along with all her customers with love and care. We will miss them and hope all is well!

The food was okay. Especially for the value. We had the bbq pork, the sauce that it came with really complimented the pork and I had the lunch special. The fried rice didn't taste fried to me like when you fry it in a wok, the noodles also didn't have that wok flavor. Although everything tasted good, there was no authentic wok flavor to it. The won ton soup was good with the chili oil. I would really give this a 3 1/3 stars.

It is good for prunedale.. please do not get the schezuan beef though. Not authentic at all. Hunan beef is actually really good. Chowmein was very boring. Fried rice had flavor and was decent. Orange chicken as well. This seems to be a selective restaurant. Get the hunan beef orange chicken and fried rice. Do not get schezuan or chowmein. I give them 2 stars because 2 of the dishes were very bland AND when I asked for a receipt they only gave me the price of everything as a whole and not itemized, which seemed a little shady. Also it seemed overprice but how would I know because of the way they gave the receipt... but I will go back. Only for the hunan and I live nearby.
