“I've been going to this place for 2 years now and it never disappoints. The food is fresh and tasty and they are so kind and sweet. they have lots of option for everyone and has been my favorite spot every time I come visit to salinas.“
“Fresh delicious Japanese food. Wednesday is Ramen special night. The fish was very fresh and well presented. Great service. It can be a bit noisy.Vegetarian options: Tofu dishesParking: Very small parking lot but there is also street parking available.“
“Solid spot! Very reasonably priced, for a good quantity of food. It's very busy, so come prepared for that. The food itself was good, but not amazing. You'll leave there happy, would definitely recommend if you're craving some comfort food.“
“It was ?! We went on the Thursday before ? Weekend...it was lunch time, so it was packed. Spring ? break. My order was mediocre. I ordered the Teriyaki beef ?...the beef was ? cut for bite size eating? It looked like a flank ? almost whole? Jesting. No really, the pieces were not bite size! Everything else was nominal. Service has changed since the Pandemic! ?✌?“
“It's our first time and we wanted to try this coz we keep on going to other Japanese restaurants. The place is clean and quiet (which I like, don't like too much noise when I'm dining), Stephanie our server (I don't know if I spelled her name right) was awesome! She's very sweet and attentive, keep checking if we need anything else or if everything is okay. The foods were good! all in all, a pleasurable experience for a first time. We will come back again for sure. Thanks Stephanie for such a wonderful service! You're awesome!“
“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Every time I get the chance to get sushi I go to samurai. They have so many different options to choose from. I really recommend sweet bee it's my fav. Also the food usually only takes 10 min to arrive to your table.“
“Fujiyama is great spot to dine at if you're looking to go out with the family. From the moment we stepped through the door, the attentive and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the captivating show put on during the cooking process. The anime-themed presentation, particularly the homage to Naruto when lighting the onion on fire, was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The chefs ensured active participation from the customers throughout, adding to the interactive and immersive experience. As for the food, it surpassed all expectations. Each dish was bursting with flavor, leaving us completely satisfied by the end of our meal. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that even the heartiest appetites were thoroughly satiated. If you find yourself in Salinas, I highly recommend making a stop at Fujiyama.“
“It was my first time at Arigato and man these rolls were?, I've been trying to find a new sushi spot since ikebana closed and I think I found it. Also the portion size of the rolls are bigger than most places they're not 1 bite rolls forsure and I take big bites. I highly recommend this place.“
“Their portions are large! The meat is not dry like other local Japanese restaurants. It is pricey but you get enough food to maybe even take back home. We had good service too. It does take a little longer than usual to get your food but I think it's because it's nice and fresh. You also get free small plate of edamame at dine-in service“
“Our waitress was very nice and was as attentive as she was able to be, but the place was overwhelmingly busy for how many servers they had working. The margarita sampler was fun and great presentation, worth $30. The food was good, but not the best sushi I have ever had. It was a Mexican sushi place. I feel like the drinks are what makes this place great!“
“Food was great. A little spendy but you definitely get what you pay for. One roll filled me up easy. Ambiance was clean but somewhat cafeteria like. Service was fast but not supper friendly. There is room for improvement but overall I was there for the food and it was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Can't complain.“
