The online ordering made it easy. I'd rather not have to interact with anyone. Ordered and paid online through their app, which was easy to use. Went to pick it up and it was ready at the front for me. Easy. I ordered some breakfast crunchwraps. Highly recommended the Cali one.

Extremely poor service and portions at this location. Seriously get your stuff together been skimping, shorting, and messing up orders. Sick and tired of it too bad there’s not a fast food substitute. Time to make it at home. Get it

Let's just say I'll never go back there! Don't get me wrong, the food came up fast but it's suppose to be fast. The place was dead and silent. I asked them to turn on some music and they didn't. The food was gross of course I mean it's Taco Bell lol. The icing on the cake was when I got up to leave, I caught my foot on the booth and fell down. The girl working at the register pretended not to notice. I figured because this happens all the time and it's a liability for them, they are told to not ask people if they are ok. Yuck my tummy hurts

The staff isn't very friendly from my many experiences here. Hitting the drive thru sounds like I'm am annoyance to the ones who take my order. I can't say they workers here or rude by any means however they aren't very polite about taking your order either!Parking: Located with in the Prunetree Shopping Center so there is ample parking mostly all the time.
Went around 8:30 there was only one group of two in the store eating and the drive through had about 3 cars. We decided to go inside to go to the bathroom as a pit stop on our way home from monterey. BUT we were very disappointed as the bathroom had a sign saying that they check and clean it every 30 mins but the bathroom looked like a child ran through and shredded toilet paper everywhere. Plus the sink was broken and did not work. As a place that is supposed to have the employees wash their hands often it is repulsive Imagining the dirty hands that manage your food. We had only ordered two drinks from the place and we had ordered on the kiosk. But it took them 20 MINUTES and if it weren't for us asking about our order they would have not even gave us our order. Considering the fact that they weren't even busy it is absolutely unacceptable that they forgot our order and didn't believe that we had ordered when we had asked about it and showed proof.

Worst taco bell to ever exist. If the bathrooms alone weren't enough to show how bad the place was, the actual service we received was enough to show for it! Bathrooms, absolute s**** water all over the floor. Family was left standing waiting to be attended for too long of a period, even after making a lighthearted "people are stealing over here!" Joke to make sure others acknowledged we were there, we still received no help to order. We were given the wrong food items and were charged for different things, refused to do anything about it and acted extremely dumbfounded. Dumped a huge pile of sauce packets into our bag, beverage dispenser was horrid as well. Either you got colored water or it was an extreme amount of foam with the soda. Everything about this place is horrible, 0/10.
