“my new favorite sub shop. love everything about this place especially that they have real unsweetened ice tea and real lemons to squeeze into the tea. Of course the subs are great but they also GIVE you pickle spears and i also love the chocolate chip cookies. I was going to go to chipotle which was right across the parking lot but then i saw the firehouse sub place and so glad i went in there instead!“
“The ladies here are wonderful! They keep everyone smiling and laughing even after their sandwiches are made. They engaged with my son more than a few times and made him feel comfortable enough to want to keep talking. I noticed that the ladies were like that with everyone who came in. I hope they continue to be that welcoming. My daughter ended up leaving her purse but didn’t really have anything stating how to get it back to her if lost and one of the ladies ended up calling AAA and having AAA get ahold of us so that my daughter was able to get her purse back. They were on it, I mean I walked in my door 5 minutes before and already had a phone call stating that the ladies would keep it there until we got back. I just want to say thank you and keep being amazing! <3“
“I forgot about this place! I'm from the east coast and their subs are the closest I've found to home. Corey was very patient and implemented options to accommodate my wishes. Absolutely would recommend them. Get extra meat too.“
“Not usually a fan of Jersy Mike's but I went there yesterday my sub was tasty and the service was friendly. They were a little busy, but Alexis made my sub she had amazing customer service, she was friendly and efficient but didn't feel rushed. Definitely recommend this location. I will be back in the future.“

“I ordered a BOGO sub. The two workers make incredible sandwiches because I ordered all the toppings. Because I go to the gym and lift, high calories and clean food is appreciated. This store made big and tasty sandwiches as specified on the order.“
“I know there are some people who look down on Subway, and I have been to locations that deserves the snubbing.. but not this one in Quartz Hill. The experience starts when you walk in and are greeted with the fresh aroma of bread baking, and the cheerful staff. They're always so helpful and make great sandwiches! I order on the app and will tell you I use the "customization" buttons a LOT, and get great results! Today they were out of the Italian Artisan breads and it would be about 15 minutes later than my pickup time.. and they CALLED me to advise and ask if I wanted a substitute bread or preferred to wait. That's great customer service! Love this Subway location on West Avenue N in Quartz Hill.“
