First of all I entered an on line order and waited 30 minutes before arriving at Popeyes. When I arrive to get my order I'm told they ran out of macaroni and cheese and it would take 7 minutes to make more. Not sure what happened in the 30 minutes prior to getting there but I decided to wait instead of choosing a different side. Big mistake since the 7 minutes turned into 20-25. Placing the order well ahead of time was fruitless. While waiting it felt like the store A/C must have been set to freezing. When I finally get my order I check it for accuracy, especially since I've had a bad experience before with my sides being wrong. When getting home I expect to see 3 legs, 3 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts just like what the receipt indicates. Unfortunately they swapped one of the breasts out for a leg which is a much smaller piece. Tried calling the store but they never pick up and instead get a recording to leave a message. As I write this review I have yet to get a call back. When they first opened the store in town I was excited. Now not so much if at all. Food was ok, service was lacking, and there weren't any sit down customers....probably due to how cold it was.

I ordered a 8 piece combo and they gave me 2 small drums, like chicken wing size not regular drumstick size. For a 8pc combo 6 wings and a soda I paid $47 fast food prices are getting ridiculous! But the least they could have done was gave me regular size drum sticks at that price!

Chicken sandwich was terrible tonight, no one took pride in making it hardly any chicken in the bun but, a lot of batter really crisp. Would not recommend this crew.

This has to be the cleanest place I have ever been in. The bathrooms were sparkling and smelled like they were new. Nears. I can tell this place is not new so they must have a very good job of cleaning it. I would recommend this to anyone and I only put four stars for the food because I don't love Popeyes chicken. It was still very good and fresh and hot so take it with a grain of salt. Definitely recommend to anyone to try this location

From time to time I stop by to find the doirs locked during business hours. I'm told that only the drive through is open for business, though the window sign says "OPEN", not "Drive thru only"

Went through the drive through - they were out of literally everything. We ordered mac and cheese and go to the window and they say "we told you we didn't have mac and cheese" we responded with no you didn't. The MANAGER responded by saying "well, I told you and we only have mashed potatoes and beans left" DO BETTER. We just got to the point where this spot improved their customer experience and this just proved that they don't intend on actually improving. OH AND THEY FORGOT OUR FUCKING DRINKS.

Every single time we go there, they forget something in our order. This was like the seventh time and we are tired of it. They either forget a big part of it or give us the wrong order. Never leave without checking your bag because they WILL leave something out. Food is mid also.
