Don't order drinks from this location they taste like mold mildew and Moss because obviously they haven't cleaned the ice machine it's literally like fungus in your mouth it tastes way off is there food was mediocre at best

Just went through the drive through and the gentleman was kind and repeated back the order prior to paying. When he handed us our order he specifically repeated the four items back to ensure the order was correct.Delicious!

Manager Cristina is very rude, she gives you attitude and rushes you uncomfortably. Whenever I go here, the employees are good and nice but she ruins the experience and she works 5 days a week. She also gives you the worst/least amounts of food. For example, fries and onion rings are hardly even half full with her. Everyone else gives out a normal amount.

Ok, my spouse and myself eat at Carl's Jr quite often and I have noticed a trend with this restaurant chain & that is y'all's fountain drinks are always flat and lacking proper syrup . I thought maybe this was just at one restaurant, but I was so so wrong. It's EVERY restaurant. Call your Coca Cola Representative and fix this,

I ordered 2 famous stars with a large Sprite. They gave me 1 burger with fries. I let them know I ordered another burger, so they charged me again. I asked for a receipt then Christina, the cashier said, "It's already in the bag," which it wasn't. She gave me my other burger and I asked for my drink. She said, "You ordered 2 burgers and a large fries". I said no, I ordered a large Sprite. She got frustrated and said, "Gimme back the fries then," so after I touched them, I hoped she threw them away and didn't intend to give them to another customer. Then she handed me my original receipt. She never offered me a refund for the 5 dollar fries and gave me my drink. I didn't want to argue with her. The food was terrible, and I had to throw it away. Meat was dry, looked werid, and they put so much ketchup that it made the buns soggy. This isn't the first instance where this location was bad, I'm never coming here again.
