One of those if I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is lacking. They use the excuse to push the app that does not work onto you basically declining you service. Carls Jr should be accountable for a none working app or quit handing out paper deals with vague messaging that you "have to use the app" what's the point on putting them in your bag to use? Management does not handle it well in any way and extremely unfortunate as we USED to frequent the location. Would not reccoment if you do not need human interaction while placing and paying for your order.

When I went in they were super busy and short staffed, but they still got my order done in a timely manner. The food was hot and well prepared, even the lettuce on my burger was fresh. I don't eat fast food that often but I would definitely eat here again.

I rarely if ever go in, but the food is good. Fresh, plenty of everything on it, and rarely do they skimp on the sauces. My kids love the chicken tenders.
