We went on a drizzly evening and waited in line for 15 minutes with no movement. Decided it wasn't worth the wait. They need rain/shade cover for people to stand outside since it's outside counter service only. They need a better way to handle service.

Great spot in a brand new development! I'm hoping that in the summer they'll get umbrellas for their tables as there is no indoor seating. The ice cream was great, we got the 4 scoop sampler and got to try different flavors. Prices are super reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I wish you carried many more vegan options than just mango sherbet. Many folks are allergic to dairy & / or eating only plant based & can find many fantastic non-dairy ice cream flavors in all major grocery stores but would love to get a non-dairy cone or shake or Oreo special at a Handel’s.

I don't get the bad reviews. People will complain about anything these days. Every time I come and visit the workers are so kind and helpful when it comes to my choices. The ice cream is delicious! The monkey business is definitely my favorite and I recommend it to everyone. So happy this place is so close to my job and home. Always happy to get a nice treat after work!
Put a damn light on the menu and make it bigger!!! The outside exterior is so poorly designed. At night it is impossible to see the menu because the inside is so white and blinding and it blocks all the dim lights shining on the menus. When we tried to order directly from the menu the girl had no idea what we were talking about, we just wanted a Sunday in a waffle bowl but she was so confused. The ice cream overlay is very gummy but the flavors are good.

I'm glad we read the reviews before we came. Here are a few tips -A small cup comes with three scoops!! Great value for the price. -There is ONLY outdoor seating, which can be lovely when the weather is nice. -We ordered the strawberry cheesecake, which was delicious. -There is always a line when I come by, but it goes very quickly.

Last night was the first experience here. Picked up my online order after standing at the pick up window for a bit before someone acknowledged me. Got to the car and was missing one of the ice creams ordered, the toppings to the ice creams ordered. Receipt was right there too, not sure how they missed 3 things. I know they can do better.

Best best homemade ice cream i've had in a long time .. Wish i was ok with being fat or i would live here lol .. Friendly staff cute area super close to my house ! The line is always pretty consistently long but well worth the wait . Only reason i'm giving it 4 stars is beware on how you tip the staff if you can bring cash for them they deserve it !! For about the first couple months of them opening the owners were not giving them their credit card tips!! I've heard this from multiple staff i've had to walk to sprouts to get cash because i felt awful for them !! I hope the management and owners have fixed that situation !My only wish is that there was indoor seating .

We used to go to the location in Folsom and had a good 20min drive. Drove by sprouts in Rancho Cordova one day and jaw dropped when I saw they were opening one near our neighborhood! Finally went the other night and I must say one of the male employees had EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Didn't catch his name, but he wears glasses and has straight hair. There was a couple in front of us in line and the man was being rude and sarcastic asking stupid questions and this employee kept his cool and apologized to the man for this banana split he ordered not containing a whole banana!!!??? Cmon man!! It's ice cream! More power to this awesome employee cause I would lost my SH*T!!! Anyhow, the ice cream is great and the staff here is the best I've ever seen!! Props to whom ever is running and managing this place with the employees!
