I usually had the drive thru here although there's been the occasional sit-in. Those times the staff have been okay. Sometimes friendly, sometimes rude. It's fast food, one can't really expect smiles and happiness.Jack In The Box is, well, Jack In The Box. Yet somehow this location provides more disgusting food than other locations. I generally enjoy that kind of gross, guilty feeling after fast food. Yet this one is awful. If you want dry burgers, nasty chicken, salt-pork sausage and eggs that are seasoned via the bathroom, here you go. This place is wretched.1/20 recommended.

Ordered for delivery. They missed one of the burgers that was part of a 2 for deal and the sauce we requested.The food was for the most part edible (barely), except the tomatoes on my side salad. They were old and wrinkled. The image attached was the worst of them. The salad "cheese" tastes like American cheese shreaded. So gross.I doubt I will purchase from them again. The only reason we did was because my daughter wanted the boba drink.

The rude, hispanic female that was working tonight around midnight is terrible. I told her over and over and over that I wanted the Jumbo Jack with the same toppings as the Ultimate Cheese Burger. Which means 3 different cheeses and no tomatoes or lettuce. We went back & forth for 10 minutes at the order spot. Guess what I ended up with? A Jumbo Jack with swiss cheese instead of the original cheese! And not the other 2 cheeses either!!!!!!! There was also lettuce and tomato on it which was NOT what I ordered. She then called the police on me when I got mad that the 10 minutes of explaining still didn't get through to her. I did not get what I ordered. And I had to talk to the cops. I am so, SO unsatisfied with my experience!

Stopped by here on my way home from Walmart and it was a waste of my money because I couldn't even eat the food. The food was so old and cold like it was sitting out for hours! Couldn't even eat it. I'm already home which is 15 mins away from Walmart and I have this food I can't even eat. Everything was so hard and old! Not cool.

Quick, friendly servicecat 7:30 am on Sunday. Food & beverages are spot on. Gacility was clean outside, drive thru menus were clean and easy to read. The food came out very fast.

If I could give this location lower than a 1 star review I would. I went to the Jack In The Box on Folsom Blvd a few weeks ago and ordered Tacos and Onion Rings. I asked for no sauce and extra lettuce. Well I don't think they know the meaning of the word extra because I could count the number of lettuce spreads on two hands that was in my Tacos. The Onion Rings were burnt and in on lump. I e-mailed the corporate office and have not had any response. If you like throwing your money away then visit this location, but I will never visit this place again,

I just came to this jack n the box around a hour ago. I ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich. Once I got to the window, the team lead made me wait almost 5 minutes for my order. Once I got my food, and got home, I opened up the bag and it was a completely different order. I just wasted $12 and didn’t get ANYTHING I paid for. These companies and employees need consequences for what they STEAL from the general public due to employees not caring about their jobs. I’m pissed
