4/2/24- I want to give a shout out to the crew. Antonio was upfront and he greeted me the minute I walked in. He was very nice and took my order.On duty was Fernando who is a cook. Jose was on drive thru and Alberto was upfront. Between all four my food came out quick.They helped all customers with a good attitude. Antonio takes pride in his staff and he let me know they like to make sure they take care of their customer's.Since I don't have an A&W I asked for the Tuesday special. It comes with fries and a drink. The burger was fair but I'm not a burger fan. I would get it again.When I got my meal I had all I needed to go. I had napkins, a straw and my condiments. Most places forget one or the other.Very pleased with the service and the meal. I hope this crew is recognized for their great customer service!Parking: Parking is in it's own section. It was nice to pull in and find a spot. They have lots of handicap spaces as well.

I got a cookie dough polar swirl for $5 it was not even 3/4 full with only a few of the cookie dough pieces. Both our sodas were filled the same.

We asked for the food fresh and we were very nice about it but it was not fresh at all, the food was cold and stale, the workers had a stale attitude like the food, and overall it was terrible, i work at a fast food restaurant and this is definitely not how we handle things. Never coming here again and i recommend you don't either.For over $40 you would expect to see more than the outcome.
The team looks way too comfortable not doing anything while on the drive thru. 4 team members just chilling in the back and they got my order incorrect. Did a substitution of coleslaw for Mac n cheese and still got coleslaw. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce, literally got like 4 packs each when I ordered a family meal of 12. This place and the workers is such a joke that these youngsters are so lazy this generation.

When I was younger me and my family would always go to this KFC and I don't know if this happened to all KFCs or if they changed their recipe but the food and especially their chicken is all really bad now. The last time I went their was not that long ago the chicken tasted terrible and was really soggy, I don't know what happened to KFC but it is not as good as it used to be.

Ordered their "spicy" chicken sandwich from DoorDash tonight. Absolutely the worst looking sandwich I have ever seen in my life. Chicken appeared wet with no spicy breading, and was half of a chicken breast as if it was used from discarded trash. Needless to say I did not eat this.However, I made mistake of eating the regular chicken sandwich (opened this one first before seeing the other spicy atrocity). This sandwich also was "half" of a sandwich, mayo all over the place, and the "breading" had fallen off to the side of the sandwich, so once again I was left with half of a chicken breast. And I made mistake of eating this.Let this review serve as a final testimony for the police if I perish from food poisoning. Never have I ever seen such truly atrocious food in my life. May Karma descend upon the KFC employee who served this meal. I will never ever ever ever ever step foot in another KFC for the rest of my life (which could be any minute now depending on how I digest what I've already eaten).Avoid this establishment like the plague! You've been warned.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!!I came to get a hearty and satisfying famous bowl and got 4 pieces in total of popcorn chicken. What the heck happened to the rest of the chicken in the famous bowl?! I don't get it. Also, if you come here with separate orders in one vehicle. Get prepared to pay for one order and then get back in line for the other(s). How is that okay? Especially if you been waiting patiently in line.Bull****
