3/26/24- I went in to order the $7.99 medium pizza ? Emily was on duty and was making a pizza. The minute I walked in she greeted me and went to the register to take my order.I ordered light sauce, Italian sausage and pepperoni. She made it perfect! I don't like too much sauce and when I baked it I did not feel the sauce. I asked Emily if they had crushed peppers. She made me a small to go pack to enjoy on a few slices.I was impressed with the customer service Emily offered. The other lady was leaving and was polite. I don't have a Papa Murphy's near my home. I am sure to return while I'm here.Great experience and delicious pizza!I hope they recognize Emily!I threw on the jalapeño and I had cut a piece ?Parking: The parking is in a plaza but you'll find it across from the store if not in the front.

Today I put in a last pizza order that was a little complicated a bit before an hour before they closed. When I got there, slightly embarrassed about the late order, I saw one staff member working there. I was so impressed!! Stephanie was working so hard while also being so pleasant to the other hungry families. it blew me away. Once I got to the counter she already had it ready and exactly perfect even though it was an odd order. She asked if I wanted anything else and was so cheerful I had to get some cookies. Yum. Give this young lady a giant raise or make her the owner.

I literally JUST called the Bradshaw location to make an order and the male that answered the phone made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. I will be going to the location here in a few minutes to pick up my order. I will be back to share his name. I promise! I am so sorry that my business bothers your employees. EDIT! His name is Dennis. I was trying to be fun on the phone when I ordered. He told me in person that he didn't have time for my jokes. BUT HE TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME THIS!!! Why couldn't he have taken the time to have a decent call with me, A CUSTOMER, while I was ordering??????? I told Dennis EXACTLY what I think of him.

My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6pm & when I got there the customer service was HORRIBLE they said they were busy & it wasn't ready yet. They messed up on my order there was several missing toppings on my pizza. I'll NEVER order from here AGAIN !!!!!

The portions are inconsistent. The last time I went, an employee was talking to a customer while making a pizza. Maybe it's me, but I don't like people talking over my food. Covid is still very much alive, so when I saw that I left without ordering! Another location gave me brown lettuce. So I've been getting my salads from Trader Joe's lately.

Great pizza, the kids love the mini murphs. Love to make their own pizzas, good and fresh.
Pizza was bland, piss poor service. I read the reviews and it seemed like more people liked it than hated it. I'm with the latter. I waited a long time past my original pickup time. I guess some people like their pizza this way flavorless. I'm more irritated by the service.

The girl working was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Pizza is as expected. Some locations ate better than others. This one is just average. Goid customer service makes for the 5 Stars though.

Good concept, poorly executed. I didn't occur to me that I would have to cook the pizza myself, but this review isn't about that. I called in an order several hours before I wanted to pick up. When I got there, I still had to wait about 20 minutes. And there wasn't even a line or anything! Being a place where they give you an uncooked pizza, you'd think you get a better packaged pie worthy of a trip from the store to your house! A thin round cardboard and some loosely fitted plastic wrap is all you get. Ordered a couple of large pizzas and let me tell you, the drive home was sketchy as hell. Every push of the brake was a potential opportunity for the toppings to slide off the pizza dough and on to your car carpet. Pizza tasted okay, but pro tip, bring an old pizza box for the piece of mind.

Does this look like extra cheese, extra tomatoes and add extra mushrooms?I did pay extra for it. But never got it. The worst location to order these kinds of pizza.
