Ordered pizza 20 minutes ahead of pick up. When I arrived pizza was ready. Smelled delicious. Unfortunately, their card reader would not read the chip on my card. She told me this is a problem that we have been having. Unfortunately I had to go across the street to mountain. Mike’s where their chip reader works perfectly. Sorry roundtable I really look forward to that pizza.

To the young lady named Niki M who posted a horrible review about a week ago fail to let this company and the Community know the truth about what really happend. They stole sodas to begin with When the manager asked them to pay for the sodas understanding that they are expensive ($4) They became upset. Then when receiving their food they became more upset. While verbally abusing this woman, calling her names and Threatening the manager to come outside. Niki M pulled down the computer that was in front of the manager and threw it to the ground. While the manager was trying to give them a refund for a pizza that look great. You shouldn't always believe what you read on these things and I hope that manager didn't get in trouble for anything this woman lied about. I'm proud of That lady for standing her ground Against horrible people but like them.

1/14/24 ~ I just left this round table and the "general manager" a woman brought my pizza out and my crust was Burnt not crispy but black burnt. She specifically told me she will not make me another pizza because of my burnt crust. Her energy was disgusting and not pleasant. I asked for a refund and mentioned the terrible customer service. Then, she decided to argue back and forth with me and She THREATENED ME that she gets out at 5 o clock proceeding to curse and be argumentative. I got my refund and was out of there. Disgusting behavior like that from a general manager is not a good look!

Also they cancelled the rewards on the app! I had a free pizza and wasn't able to use it. They never even sent an email out to notify customers. Ordered XL Chicken and Garlic pizza for pickup this past Sunday. Pizza arrived warm and delicious. However, the most important topping was missing: Chicken. Pretty bummed about paying $50 for a pizza with no Chicken.
4 stars on food only because the salad bar wasn't fresh and some of the vegetables sour.Pizza was great and it was for a softball party. Just know the salad might not be up to par.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and pizza toppingsKid-friendliness: They let 15 kids run free. Only 1 working arcade

Food was 15in late, then they forgot to make something so took another 15 min. Staff was nice but when the order is 30 min beyond when it's supposed to be ready they should have given me a free soda or something! Aldo don't pay to upgrade to think crust, it's not worth it.
