I've been to this little location plenty of times, and they're normally pretty nice! Today we went through the drive-thru & the barista/cashier (Steven) was extremely kind, went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I'd been having a rough day and he made it a lot better, I just had to leave a review! Thank you!!

I come to this Starbucks 6 days a week. I see Tony help in the drive thru most of the time. On last Friday they made wrong drink. I had called and notify them they made my drink incorrectly. They just come by we willRemake ur drink. I came this afternoon, I had showed my receipt to Tony. Acted like I was trying to get my free drink. I had asked for his name and he was very unprofessional.

If I could give a negative star I would. The slowest Starbucks to ever exist. Also if you need to use their restroom, there's no toilet seat cover or toilet paper. Yeah this location sucks! Staff are rude AF. They're probably under staffed and overworked and extremely overwhelmed- still rude tho. NEVER coming back to this location EVER AGAIN. Do not come here if you don't wana be late for work.

For being such a new-looking establishment, with a modern build and high tech restroom - I couldn't have been more disappointed. We are traveling and needed to stop for a pit stop, and ordered 3 drinks ahead. We arrived 4 mins after our estimated pick up time and our drinks weren't ready - despite the store being almost completely empty with 3 workers. The barista was friendly, but clearly distracted and talking to someone over her headset about non-work related things. While we waited, I used the bathroom which was disgusting. No toilet paper, fecal matter on high touch surfaces, and no soap. 0/10 recommend.

Lots of drive-thru business, so I'm easily fooled by having my order taken quickly indoors only to have to wait a long time for my order to get filled. Also, one toilet was out of order, and the other was filthy!

Major hygiene issues. The staffs aprons are dirty. No cream and sugar station. All flat surfaces are stained with food residue. No electric outlets. It’s a drive thru focused Starbucks. First and last time.

They're dragon fruit drinks are to-die-for. OMG if you have never had one you have to try one. And everyone is helpful and very kind.Parking: It's a big Starbucks, they only have one wheelchair parking space. But they don't have that much space outside either.
