I had a TERRIBLE experience at this Starbucks. The so-called "manager" named Jordan gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. I would rather take my business elsewhere than ever come back.

I was pleased with the quality of the food and the service. Nice dining area kept relatively clean. No vagrants living in the Starbucks. That's important these days. Many Starbucks welcome vagrants for housing. Convenient parking right outside the door. Relatively short drive to the California office of Emergency services.

we ordered a strawberry and creme frappucino, not sure how or why the baristas added java chips. it was not specified in the order and we did not ask. also is it standard to pour strawberry puree on the top? i know that is not correct either. this location needs work. avoid it if you

The baristas at this Starbucks are nice and very fast. They run out of items quickly, though, but you can check in the app before you go. They have plenty of inside and outside seating, as well as restrooms.Parking: Lots of parking on the other side of the main parking lot drive.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available at Starbucks and Chili's across the street. Plenty of handicap seating.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited in my life the manager Jordan is extremely racist and has no empathy towards customers , her customer service skills are terrible every time I visted the store and I had a concern she gives me mean looks never apolgizes and is extremly If you are on a break or lunch break I do not reccomend going to this location they will not prioritize your order.
