Best Starbucks I have ever experienced!! Friendly and genuine customer service! Not to mention the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. Our barista Keyona was so attentive and kind! Everything in my order was wrong. Lady at the drive through window was super rude. When handed the wrong items and told her it was wrong, she snobbily said "no that's right" when we've gotten the same order plenty of times in the past. White mocha Frappuccino and espresso Frappuccino was wrong. Wrong breakfast sandwiches. everything was wrong but she made us take it. Will NOT be going back to this location. Wednesday @ 9:39am. Very frustrating!

If I could give 0 stars I would, as someone who used to work at this location, I recommend NOT coming here, ever! Go down to the beautiful new store that is White Rock and Sunrise, across from Costco, or if you want an amazing sit down experience go to International and Zin or Gold River. What the customers don't see is how absolutely filthy everything is, from the fridges, to the sinks, to the espresso machines, everything is covered in a thick layer of absolute ick. As for the Baristas, if they look mad or like they're not paying attention to you, or you're feeling negative energy from them you probably are, and they're probably talking trash about you with each other via the headsets they wear. There's absolutely NOOOO Professionalism in the store and they don't follow any of Starbucks policies or standards, including the one's involving open door policies and anti-retaliation. As for the food and drinks, refusing to get anything out of this place is probably what's best for you, my mother got sick drinking a standard hot chocolate, because milks being left out on the counter and out of temp, and the mocha being expired. And they only make sure their favorite customers drinks are correct and of proper quality. (P.S i would post pictures, but i'm probably already going to get in trouble for this comment, but I think the public should know what they're getting when they come here)

If you're looking for a breakfast sandwich I highly recommend the egg on ciabatta with gruyere and ham. I fell in love with this at Starbucks and it has me coming back for more.

Asked the cashier which was better; the new pistachio or oleate drink. She said she didn't drink starbucks coffee. I had the oleate and it was great. Also got a lemon loaf slice which is always perfect with coffee.

Ordered a grande pikes place 2 creams 2 sugars it was not busy and I waited 10 minutes after I paid and still no coffee so I got a refund and left. Got me for my dollar tip. Would never recommend this place, they couldn't do the most basic thing.

I have come here multiple times and I have left disappointed each time. After this most recent visit, I have had enough and I think it is time to give them a proper review.Besides the common problems of slow service and workers that don’t know what they are doing. There biggest issue is customer service. The amount of disrespect I have received from the staff is appalling.I got handed multiple drinks and they were the wrong order. I gave them back and they gave me the right order with the lid half on and practically threw it at me. It proceeded to spill all over my shirt and interior of my car. When I looked to the worker for support or napkins to clean the mess. She started to laugh at me and slammed the window.All I did was ask for the right order….. this is ridiculous. Drive to the Starbucks by Costco or by Lowes. I’ll never be coming to this one again.

The last few times I've been here, the staff has gotten drinks wrong consistently. & They have NO hospitality when trying to fix it either. Absent minded staff with poor attitudes and poor customer service lead to a negative overall experience. Do NOT come here, you will leave with a poorer mood then when you arrived. I recommend you make the effort to drive to the Starbucks by Costco on sunrise instead.UPDATE:Tried coming here again for a hot and cold drink to test out if they would come out right and.....Nope! My grande iced drink was completely filled with ice, it was practically the serving of a tall. My tall hot drink was half way filled with nothing but foam trying to cover the rest. The total? $11-12. A literal joke. Every Starbucks has a cue card of how every single drink is made. The fact that none of the baristas seem to know how to follow these, even as it's SPELLED OUT for you, is beyond me.
