This was my first visit to this Subway. It's a busy area, with limited parking. But, the sandwich & drinks were good. The young woman who served me was friendly & efficient. I was in & out of there in less than 10 minutes.

No white bread no meatballs no one bothered to call and tell us when I get here they wait and start making my order as I get here making me wait just as long as a walk in order been open since 7:30 and no white bread prepped what have yall been doing

The only reason I came here was because I got a coupon in the mail. Get to the front and they say they don't accept coupons so I had to pay full price. There is no sign or at least I didn't see one. I ordered an Ultimate BMT and it was missing all the veggies it's supposed to come with!!!! They also didn't give me the water I asked for and had an attitude when I asked for it.

If you want a flat sandwich with lettuce and bread you should definitely come here. These guy’s cheap out of portions, especially if you are doing an online pickup. I also noticed the bread is 1 in 3 times stale. Hopefully they are not using old bread. They are even cheap with oil and vinegar, asked for some and got a drip of it on my sandwich. Truly disappointing because the inside is very spacious and beautiful. Need to work on portions. If you are on a calorie deficit to lose weight this location is perfect for you.

Extremely dissatisfied! After I had told them what kind of sandwich I wanted she then told me to go and pay for the sandwich. She must of told me about 4 times. They were going to build my sandwich and not allow me to pick my produce. When I went to go pay for the sandwich I expressed that I didn’t like how I was being rushed to go pay, and had told me , “this is the new way”. Well if this is the new way then I will not be back at this location. No other Subway does this!!! If I am going to spend $12.00 on a sandwich you better believe I have a say on what goes on my sandwich!!!

I always wondered why they had such low ratings and now I understand. They have a young girl that works there that's incredibly rude. The manager is great and never had a problem with the food but when the manager isn't there it doesn't run smoothly. The young lady who works there has no customer service skills. She's short, unprofessional, and doesn't know how to deal with the public. Very disappointed

Stopped by for lunch. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Wish they had there old menu but what can you do. Overall everything was 5 stars

I saw all these RECENT negative reviews for this location and I was silly enough to try it myself because it's close to work. I ordered online and they messed up my order- no cheese when I asked for cheese on two sandwiches, no mustard when I asked for it in a separate instruction because the stupid app doesn't allow you to order mayo w/out mustard or vice versa. I ordered both sandwiched toasted and they were not. I tried to call them 3 times before closing that day and no answer. I tried calling twice this morning and no answer. I submitted the feedback form and all I got was a response that they were sorry for the experience and hoped to see me again soon (boiler plate answer) I bought two foot longs and two six inches. I think they should have at least offered a coupon for a return visit when I gave them a chance and they got so many details wrong. I heard bad things about them and read them too but I'll never go back and I would recommend that NOBODY goes again. Nobody has money or time to waste on absolutely inept and negligent service.

They are starting to close their drive through without putting out their cone. So yesterday 3/6/23 I placed an order for my family 4 foot long sandwich meals and cookies on the side which took time only to be told at the window that the drive through is closed and I must come in to order. I canceled it instead. If my kids didn't like their sandwiches and they weren't the closest subway, I would never come back. If they put the cone out, I would would be happy come in. Instead they wasted my time. I tried to call now to check if their drive through is open as it is more convenient for a large order but they never pickup their phone.

This is the tuna sandwich my husband picked up for us today. I couldn't believe the tiny amount of tuna they put on, I couldn't even see it until I opened the bread. Even then I could barely find it. We've never been to this Subway and we won't be going back!
