Ordered 6 cupcakes via DoorDash (thank you for being on DoorDash). It's been forever since I've found a place that makes great cupcakes. These are soooooo good. -cupcakes are moist -perfect balance of creative flair with traditional cakes...caramel with carrot cake -the cream cheese frosting is on the sweet side but I think that's how they come? I would dock off a star for that -the reg frosting is a perfect amount of sweetness. If you are Asian and you prefer the semi-sweet frosting, these are it!! The chocolate mousse cupcake was my fave. I think I inhaled that!

Sweet! I found out about Sugar Bake when a family member brought some home. The cupcakes were delicious (light and fluffy) and I wanted to see in person what other flavors they offered. Bummer! Only open from Noon to 5:00p, Tuesdays to Fridays. No way will I be able to make it to the store with that schedule. They are not open on weekends and I'm unable to make it here during the week Holiday! Made it to the shop on Veterans Day and was excited to see the display of cupcakes behind the glass case. Cupcakes are $2.99 each. The flavors are on a rotating schedule. I called first to see if they were open on a holiday and, yes, they were. The flavors of the day were: German Chocolate Confetti Lemon Raspberry Chocolate Chip Hawaiian Guava The cupcakes were soft, moist and flavorful. They were decorated nicely and were a treat for the eyes as well as the palate. I enjoyed the Chocolate Mousse although I also liked the Red Velvet (and I'm not a fan of the Red Velvet). The frosting was thick and creamy but had to scrape some of it off as they were a bit too suh-weet! for me. I purchased 3 cupcakes and they were placed carefully on a clear plastic high-top carry container to allow room for the tallest peaked swirls of frosting. Review #2437

I bought a variety and the cake is moist but wasn't blown away with the frosting and they are small compared to a very well known competitor in the Sac area. I would give them a 3 for taste but decided on a 4 because maybe it's just me who isn't wowed by the frosting on these.

Im not really sure what happened of if the recipe changed? The last two times my favorite strawberry shortcake cup cake was more dense and dry. They used to be slightly bigger and almost pillow soft melt in your mouth. I probably won't return. It was a good few years though.

OMG, these cupcakes are AMAZING! I am So glad that I decided to get 6 instead of just one. There red velvet is to die for. They have a few different flavors daily but the red velvet is an everyday one and I am so glad it is. I will 100% be returning. Plus it is very clean inside.
