I would have went to subway if I wanted food and service this awful. I ordered 1 sandwich, tipped $2, so it was around $16. There was no one in line ahead or behind me. And then i waited about 15min for my 1 sandwich to be made. They had to heat up my bread, which seemed to take most of the time... was it frozen or something? The bread was crunchy on the outside and flat and soggy inside, and there were a couple big pieces of fat mixed in with the chicken, just disgusting. After spitting out the 2nd piece I threw the rest away. I have been to the downtown location more times than I can count, but this location is terrible. I will never come back again and will tell anyone who asks never to eat here. Too bad because the car theme and decor was awesome and the employees were nice.

This used to be the best sandwich shop around. I've gone here twice since the ownership change and both times have had something wrong with my $14 sandwich. I asked for no mayo as I cannot eat it and they put it on there anyway. I even asked to make sure before I left this last time because last time I bought a sandwich from here, I got home and couldn't eat my sandwich. They looked me in the eye and said they did not put mayo on it, which was a lie. They also didn't have all of the ingredients on my sandwich thats supposed to come on it. What's the point of owning a food place if you can't even give the customer what's on the menu or what they asked for? I called and told them what happened and they hung up on me. Very very bad idea. Not to mention the owner gave me the wrong change back! I feel like they owe me at least $14. Bad business. Sadly I will not give them my business again.

Was confused about the sauces since no info was listed on their website but they had an explanation on location when we picked them up (image provided). Good quality and quantity of ingredients. Friendly staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Would recommend and we will be going back.

I asked for Firebird sandwich to-go. I was the only customer in. The girl asked for payment/tip prior to making the sandwich. The counter is super high so I couldn't see how it was made. I got home to a completely different sandwich. I still ate it, but now regret as I'm laying in bed w stomach ache.

First time coming here with my wife for lunch. The sandwiches we ordered tasted good. I felt the service was very disorganized. My wifenordednher sandwich without mayonnaise and I ordered a "goat" . BLT with avocado. I specified no onions. When we got our sandwiches, mine had no mayo at all. I went.to the counter to ask for a side of mayo and was initially given pushback as they said I did not want mayo. She acted like she was not going to provide it. What kind of crap is that? When she noticed I was a bit annoyed, she provided it. The music they have piped in is too loud making it hard to hear and place orders and to have a conversation. We paid over 38 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 2 small bags of chips and 2 small drinks. Sorry....too much money for what we received. I will likely not return to this location.

Wow, I haven’t had a sandwich give me the chills before but the sandwiches here were incredible. I came with my daughter and best friend and we got The Judge on Sourdough, The Skylark on a sweet roll and The Veggie Bomb on Dutch Crunch and split them all. They were all seriously incredible. Staff were awesome too. Highly recommend!!

If I could I'd give it a zero, ordered at 1:15 pm on a Saturday at the register, didn't get sandwiches till 1:50pm to which the ingredients were wrong even after they called back my order when I purchased, will not return, not worth the money. Quality is sub par compared to other sandwich places and service is a zero, negative zero at that, 50 minutes is way too long to wait for a damn sandwich at 1:00p on a Saturday

They have very poor food safety standards. They were touching everything and then would go back to the sandwich without washing hands or gloves. Once the lady stopped making my sandwich to do something on the register but was holding my cheese in her hand the whole time. They were also super slow and couldn't understand our sandwiches. I have only ever ordered for pick up but went in this time and I'm glad I did so I could see what type of establishment they run. Won't be going back.

I've been here 4 times and everytime they take way too long on making my sandwich. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to make 1 sandwich, they need more staff. I understand that I came in when they just open, but it's not my fault that they open at the busiest time. Only reason it's not at a 1 star is because the food is decent and subway is too far

Stopped by a few days ago and I have to say this place is so good I was left content. Sandwiches are great size and filling but not bloating. I also enjoyed the fact the sandwiches are named after classic cars. How neat! Def recommend and will be returning when I can squeeze in a lunch break in this area
