- pan seared gyoza - great 9/10- crispy chick-less bao - great 9/10, almost a 10!- Peppered Steak-less Noodles - good 7/10, pretty tasty, but menu said it was served in a garlic butter-like sauce, but there was no sauce seemingly; noodles were kinda plain. Didn't seem super garlicky or creamy overall either.Would love to try more items!

Owner was super nice and showed us all the gluten free options. All the food seemed fresh and very delicious. It was so hard to pick because everything sounded good. Got the rolls, Poppy scallops, and ADB rice and loved it all. Don't sleep on coming to support and eat delicious food!My family and I have been super excited since the restaurant was announced 'coming soon'.We went on a Saturday around 4 for an early dinner. When we first arrived we were the only customers but once we left, it was filling up and take out orders were coming in/out.The food was super amazing an flavorful. The servers are happy to give recommendations.Cute modern ambience.I'm ready to go back!Highly recommend!

Their hours are narrow, but they let you order before they open online then fill order. That worked well for us. We got take out, but they have a nice place to eat in as well. Loved the dedication to serving food properly made. The crepe burst on one of our dishes and they remade it. We didn't ask they just did it. Everything was very good. We ordered way too much and have been eating leftovers for lunch. We wanted to try so many different dishes. Here's a few we tried that were so good. This is incredibly good food based on Vietnamese flavors produced by a very talented chef and owner. Items on the menu have won multiple awards in vegan contests. The Big Eastern Burger is very special. I have had the Saigon Crepe Roll, Mi Quang Noodles, Lemon Grass Aroma Rice, Jambalaya Pasta and don't pass up the very special Sticky Rice and Mango for dessert. Very clean, contemporary setting with friendly help. Located just a short distance from their other restaurant, Pho Fresh. GO!
