Acai Life Superfoods is inside Haven City Market. I read a lot of people complaining about the customer service on Yelp, but I had no issues on my first time there. I love the cost per bowl - $8 for a small, $10 for a medium, and $13.50 for a large. I also love the fact that you can pick unlimited toppings. As for the actual acai, it's not very strong and was definitely overpowered by all the stuff I added. I will be back to try their blue majik base next time.

After getting one of the main courses from Shrimp Shack Cajun, we needed something to wash down the goodness. I asked if the slushie was non-alcoholic and it wasn't. The gentleman recommended Acai Life Superfoods that was right next door to them. Acai it is!Staff was okay. I had asked a lot of questions and they answered them perfectly. Just wanted to make sure the fruits and veggies are of good standing. We ordered the large Mango Bliss and regular or small Acai Ting. The oz difference between large and small is 24 oz to 16 oz.Unfortunately, the Mango Bliss tasted very bland. Not enough mango flavor and sweetness was barely there. As for the Acai Ting, it was better than the Mango Bliss, but lacked some sweetness. The person who made the drinks was in training. I know because I was watching them in action. The lead staff was telling them what to do and put in the drinks. Yeah, I have a feeling if the drinks were made by a senior staff, they may have been better tasting IMHO.Setting was okay. Nothing special. Prices were decent. Pick the 24 oz over 16 oz since the price difference isn't that much... getting 8 oz more is worth the extra cost. Maybe we'll be back and try them again. Hopefully, their staff in training will be officially trained at that time.

Another great healthy spot in Haven City Market. Offers more rare ingredients you don't typically find at other well-known chain places like Smoothie King, Jamba Juice, etc. Was able to get served quickly on my lunch hour, lots of open seating.

Terrible customer service. Zero communication skills. I stood in line for about 10 mins Ute alone while an associate was making drinks. When she was done she went into the back and exited the store and walked right past me. It's just after 4pm so I guess her shift is over but to say something like "someone will be with you shortly" would've been a kind gesture. All the while the lone employee left behind continued to refill food bins and clean countertops pretending like no one was waiting. I left with no order. Will not be back. Great first impression.

Best bowl I've had in a long time. I got the protein bowl and asked for peanut butter on top and honey... Man the texture of everything was so nice and the base was not too sweet. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a bowl or just something fresh. Customer service was also great!
The drink was amazing, but otherwise the lady with lash extensions and brown hair wearing a cross there weren’t any name tags so I don’t really know her name she gave me a weird face after i asked a question and then gave me attitude.

I am obsessed with this place. They have so many different bases beyond acai, like matcha (my favorite), blue majik, ube, etc. Their sizes are great, even the smallest, and the employees are very generous with toppings. Service is always great. The bowl itself is amazing. The fruit is fresh and their toppings from oats to fruits to cocoa nibs and powder is expanse. The shop is located within the Haven City market so the ambiance is great - there's tons of indoor and outdoor seating. If you come as a group, there's multiple places for food and dessert.

Coconut and açaí base is my go to! Add hemp protein (so happy they have this) chia pudding, and as much fruit as possible. Great for a quick lunch if you don't want anything heavy. I never feel bad after indulging in one of these bowls. So healthy and full of yummy. nutrients

This was our first time coming here about 3 weeks ago. A Saturday around noon, not too busy and were helped quickly.We ordered 2 medium bowls ($11 each).One with ube as base, the other with ube and acai. Some vanilla chia pudding, granola and some nuts and fruits as toppings.Both were delicious and we would definitely come back!
