I have ordered egg and cheese burritos with added hash browns, no meat, at least 10x from this location…not once has it came with sauce. I even made sure to say at the speaker that i wanted my burrito to only have eggs cheese and hash browns.. she said okay and then I get my burrito doused with sauce and all over the outside and messily wrapped to where it was falling apart. I go inside to ask to get it with only eggs cheese and hash browns, like I had ordered, and they remake it while talking about me in the lobby… at least wait till I leave??? Won’t be coming back.

Holy hell. This is possibly the worst Baker's I've ever been to. The woman at the counter was not personable. She just acted like we were bothering her. Her name was Magdalena. When our food was ready they couldn't even be bothered to call our number to let us know it was ready. So it sat at the counter for a bit until I went up there and saw that it was ours. So I grabbed it and had to figure out which drink was ours. Then we noticed that there were no tomatoes on our sandwiches. When we asked about it they told us that they were out of tomatoes. Would have been nice if they made us aware of that before we ordered because my sandwich literally came with just chicken, lettuce, and mayo. Then when we were leaving we noticed all the sudden they had tomatoes and the woman who was handling them wasn't even wearing gloves and she was slicing them. I work in the restaurant industry so I know that she's suppose to be wearing gloves. Especially if you're cutting/slicing.

Your customer service at this location is horrible. Your company should be ashamed for hiring people who cannot provide good service through your drive-thru. If you are incapable of providing even a hello through the speaker , maybe they should look elsewhere for a job. Your food is mediocre at best and your service completely sucks

They raised all their prices and decreased the sizes of the portions for no reason. I don't go anymore.Can no longer get a taco with your meal unless you want to pay $3

I find Bakers delicious. I enjoy buying the mega fries. Their hamburgers are delicious. They have a secret sauce called 1000 island just like in and out.
Absolutely Aweful! I've never had such a horrible experience. Not only did I have to repeat my order over 10 times (no I'm not exaggerating) but they missed an entire meal from my order and the food we got was cold and did not taste good. This will be my last visit to this location... it's going to take me a long time to get over this horrible experience. If I could give zero starts I would!

Tonight, I had to wait for over 5 minutes at the drive-through speaker before my order was taken. The container for the Chili Cheese Fries was not completely closed, leaving heat to be able to escape, which would also result in unmelted cheese. I will not be returning to this location.
