Workers/Owner are super chill, not sure what happened in the past but it’s usually empty and always amazing to go to, and quick too. Never really had a bad experience with this parlor or anything. I think they got a new manager based on the recent reviews, so don’t worry.

nice discount program every tuesday night! this location has a lot of offers as they send some coupons in the mail or have a family night event where ice creams scoops are half off on tuesdays after 3pm! love this specific location - tiny but super clean, and the workers are mostly friendly. flavor - 8/10customer service - 8/10

Hi I entered today to sample some flavors I've never heard of before and to get a 2 scoop sundae but the lady in the back was ignoring me it took 4 times for me to call her since she's the only one there. I didn't get her name but she was wearing crocs and had AirPods in her ear like where's the professionalism?. However I asked her if I may sample some flavors and she just rolled her eyes at me and said "yeah whatever it's just ice cream" I didn't finish ordering my ice cream and just left! Baskin robins do better I for sure won't be coming back! Definitely doesn't even deserve one star.

Monster High is not very popular anymore and I was scared I wouldn't find a place that could make a cake but Baskin Robbins will put any photo on a cake! They made this with only 2 days notice and I never had to go in! I called and placed the order over the phone, the girl was very nice, and I emailed the photo. Everyone thought the cake was amazing!

Everyone here is super nice. It can get busy and everyone is always working hard to get customers orders prepared. Came on a Monday and it was busier than usual. Everything tasted great though. My daughter got the creature creation and they have her a little crown!

One of my favorite ice cream spots in the city. Always have a great variety of flavors and the staff is always super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend trying Mom's Making Cookies flavor.
