Single star only because the ice cream was delicious. Came in on 12/11/23 @5:30pm. Two girls working behind the counter and not a single one of them greeted us on the way in or even bothered to look at us for the first 3 minutes. One with her back turned to us, finally decided to yell out, "Let me know when you're ready!" In a rude tone of voice as if we were interrupting her day.Coming to an ice cream shop, it's normal to expect a good attitude and decent service at the LEAST.If you're having a bad day, there's no need to make it worse for others. Do your job and do it right.

I want to shared my bad experience, in this specially store,I ORDERED MORE THAN 48 HOURS my birthday cake! And that day and the time that was supposed to be ready! I went to pick up my cake! And guess was, THEY NEVER MADE THE CAKE at all, that happened on september 29, 2023 around 5pm and 6pm they two young ladies that were working at the time, they didn't know what to say! Only! I dont know I dont know abouts the cake

Do not buy from here. I bought ice cream that appears to be expired. The color and taste are off. I returned to the store and they told me there's nothing they can do. They can't exchange or refund. There's no guarantee that if I purchase another one that it won't be the same and you can open it before you buy it. The girl working there said sometimes they come like that and people won't buy the pre packed quarts because they taste funny. So they know they're selling bad products and do nothing about it. This is supposed to be mint chocolate chip. It's not even green, it tastes weird and made my stomach hurt when I had it. Based on the product and the service, I'll never be back.

I shouldn't have to greet you first. She was a little condescending and argumentative. If I don't want toppings, dont assume it's because of money. And if I ask for lid(s) for ALL the scoops of ice cream that I ordered for my 3 kids and myself, don't ask me what size or how many. You know what size I need, you just made it.

Today July 17th I called early morning ahead of time to see if they had mint n chip ice cream cake & this young lady answered & said they did have the cake & that they had plenty in as well & once I arrived the same young lady help me out & then said they didn't have the cake & she had a bad attitude & was screaming at me in front of costumers & I ask to speak to a manager & no manager was there so she gave me a number to her manager!!! & The manager had a bad attitude as well & he tried excusing for his bad employee. Had the audacity to say that it's a busy season & they run out of cakes fast when I had just called a few minutes to my arrive.Never again!!!

Never coming back here again. I got a shake and it was so bad I had to toss it after one sip. It was all milk and no ice cream. On top of that I asked for hot fudge in my cup. The lady proceeded to tell me she will charge me 99cents for it and I agreed. She was not trying to put the hot fudge as she was struggled to press the handle for it to come out. And when I asked her to put more she said she couldn’t. Trash location. Learn how to treat customers before trying to manage food places.

I was a usual at this location for years prior to the pandemic and just started coming back recently. I usually go to this location on weekdays for lunch between 11:00-1:00PM. The strip mall lot is shared with numerous other fast food businesses and gets pretty full. However, you can always find some parking far away from the stores on the other side of the lot near the hotel and Sonic. People like to get their food and eat in their car at this lot, so the parking turnover is slower than normal.I would have to agree with the other reviewers that the service at this location is hit and miss. Sometimes all the servers are nice and sometimes they are indifferent to rude, including the owner. Sometimes you get a normal scoop and sometimes it seems like they intentionally give you less than they are supposed to compared to other locations and what they give you on different visits here. So far I have not complained when I felt ripped off, but I would recommend others complain politely and ask for more if you feel that they gave you too little. I just come here because its convenient when I am working in the area.The quality of the ice cream is just the same as every other location. It is just the quantity that is sometimes lacking. 2.5 stars is probably about right for this location, but I rounded them up for the times they give good service. However, Yelpers should recognize that 2-2.5 stars is average for any restaurant in the fast food cateogry. Fast foood that gets less than 2 stars average is when you want to avoid it and you rarely see above 2.5 stars average. If a fast food place has 3 stars its really pretty good. Perhaps I'll add some photos in the future.

I literally only redownloaded this app to write a review about this business. Although I am lactose intolerant I can't stay away from ice cream...I had a craving for ice cream, so I came to Baskin Robbins, which I normally come to as I work, right up the street. The owner, who is Asian is extremely wonderful, but I have bad things to say about the rest of her staff that works the night shift. I went in to get some ice cream, but decided that perhaps I might try something else so I asked for a few tastes. I don't know what is going on with customer service these days, but the associate who was "helping" me... I did not get her name, with the 3rd sample as she was handing it to me said "this is the last one". I said "OK, so we only get three samples?" She said yes. OK... It wasn't the fact that it was only three samples that you get, it was the way she said it. She could have had better customer service and said I'm sorry we only allow three free tastes, but she didn't.In the end because of how rude she was... I didn't even purchase my 2 pints that I had on the counter, and I love my chocolate and peanut butter and Mint n chip ice cream, and left empty handed. I will never go back to this establishment again.

Ice cream is pretty good got choco cone dipped in choco with choco sprinkles on top with some kind of Java coffee. The lady in there was not really friendly so you may have to turn up your game to get her to crack a smile or any reaction. Important thing is she gives a fair scoop . I paid for the extra sprinkles and I say it is worth it. Thank Idiot Joe Inflation for all the ice cream inflation.
