They missed some ingredients on my order. I ordered some Pepperoni and other ingredients. There was no pepperoni, only like 5 total pieces of the ingredients. Only gave me 3 peppers and no cheese. When I asked for 10 peppers and 10 cheese.

Wouldnt come back,,drowned pizza in drizzle which made it unedible.i think the small 4'7 kid with injured hand was possibly mad I didnt tip..had to toss this out and go to epic wings. Horrible service

First we waited forever and it was a empty store the employees seem to be concerned with their phones rather then their customers and I decided to try the keto pizza witch is 4$ more rounding to $20+ dollars and it was completely charred and black... we won't be eating here again, the one in eastvale is so fast and has way better service even when it's crowded...all the reviews said the Keri was good but all I tasted was charcoal and burnt pizza...we're not coming back to say the least..

Blaze is one of the best pizza places I love there BBQ Chicken Pizza... but I mostly build my own so I can add what I want on my pizza all the ingredients are fresh I love the garlic pesto the service here is amazing and they are always helpful with explaining things

I’ve been to this location and other locations many times to dine in and have take out. The food’s good, which isn’t the problem. It just never fails that when I order for take out at this specific location, it’s always 20-30 minutes beyond what the order time is to pick up the food. Not only that, but more often than not, they’re out of ranch, which is odd for a pizza restaurant.

The service here is so insanely slow they should change their name to Slight Simmer Pizza. You just stand there like an idiot and it never ends.We can at lunch time today and we need to leave in 30 minutes. There was a long line but we were only four people back from the front. By the time we were close enough to 30 minutes we still hadn’t gotten our dough so my son and I had to leave and watch my wife and daughter who widely got food elsewhere eat in front of us.My son still wanted to come. We arrived again in the afternoon and were the only people in line and it actually took close to 15 minutes before they even started making pizza. It makes no sense it would take that long with at least four employees and only two customers.I don’t blame them I blame who ever runs the place. I’ve had Blaze before and it’s good and usually not so slow. Not sure what’s changed.
