ORDER hokkaido milk tea (4/5) less ice, less sweet, + extra boba the drink was on the creamier side, but it was tasty. the boba was flavorless and a little hard. the drink came out to around $8.. a lil pricey SERVICE (5/5) quick and friendly service despite the long line. the drink came out almost immediately. AMBIANCE this is basically just a stand. line was long, but went by quickly on a saturday afternoon. plenty of parking, but it was insanely hard to find.

The service was Dog shit . I did not get greeted I just got stared at . The conversation with his coworker was more important than the customer service. I ordered a slushy drink and received an iced drink. I went back for them to remake it and was denied by the gentlemen working there.

I recently visited Boba Ave 8090 craving some delightful boba drinks, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The Messy Boba Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea were both creamy, sweet, and refreshingly satisfying. The kiosk setup means there's no place to sit, making it a quick grab-and-go experience. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's understandable given the location in Victoria Gardens. The excellent customer service and delicious drinks make it worthwhile. Pretty good! The only thing I hated was when the ice was like 2/3 of the cup- but the drink was pretty good! I got the fruit one. The ice can easily be fixed just by asking for no ice though.

Great service and great flavors! Got a Oreo smoothie originally and it just had a small error. They remade it for me and even gave me a Cheese foam matcha latte as a makeup. Super nice of them! Amelia made it extra special! :)

Ok first of they messed up my drink 2-3 times. They were messing up on a couple of other drinks as well with other customers. I was going to let it slide because I had asked for pudding and it tasted old and in pieces, but the more I was drinking I got this little plastic thing from my drink like what is this? I was there Saturday September 2 before 2 pm you guys need to be careful please.

the drinks are good, but run if you see a guy with blond curly hair at the window ( i think his name is Brandon) he never gets my order right, when i say never i mean not once, i live five minutes away so i come here at least twice a week sometime even more, and any order that i placed with Brandon was never correctly made. and he never apologized.

This place used to be a good spot, unfortunately they have hired workers that don't want to work. Mogran was rude and nasty to myself and my family. Luckily, I found out that there is another boba store around the corner! I would suggest to go to Share-Tea! They're customer service is excellent!

By far, they have one of the best boba drinks in the Inland Empire. Their boba is always consistently soft, fresh, and squishy--never hard-chewy or stale like some other boba places. The milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and slushes are all made fresh and evenly mixed or blended. You can also adjust the sweetness level and ice level and customize your drink with other toppings/add-ons. Their customer service is always excellent, even with the sometimes extremely long lines at peak times and on the weekends. Parking is ample either on the side streets, nearby parking structure, or main parking lots around the outdoor shopping mall. Highly recommend Boba Ave 8090!!

I had the Messy Milk tea with egg Pudding and boba. Let me just say it was absolutely delicious and I would 10/10 recommend if you craving something sweet and refreshing. I will be coming back soon to try the other drinks.

Need to change your hours online. I went there and the lady behind the counter looked at me and looked away. Didn’t say anything. I then asked, “Are you open?” and the lady said “no” and that was all. Didn’t offer when the place would open. That’s fine. But as I was walking away, I heard her say “if we don’t open the door, then it’s closed” with an attitude. She didn’t know I heard her. This is awful customer service. I use to really like this place, but probably won’t return anymore. This is 4/29 (Saturday) at 10:23 am. Google says the place is open. Seems like there is a misunderstanding, which is fine. However, that is an awful way to talk about a customer.
