Ordered the Pad See Ew and Crab Rangoons. Pad See Ew lacked flavor and spice. It was good, but it could have been better. It was also heavy on the egg. Would come back for the Crab Rangoons and service alone.

I ordered delivery and there weren't too many places to choose from for Thai food. We decided to choose someplace we had never eaten before. I had read some of reviews and they were in the middle - some good, some bad. I decided to risk it. Boy did I make the wrong decision.In our opinion the food was ok. We've had better but we've had worse. The portions of the Rad Na (pictured) confused me. Such a tiny potion of the noodles. And what I assume to be the sauce for the noodles is much larger. I've never ordered this before but I don't think it's supposed to be this saucey, it was more like soup the amount of sauce they gave and the little amount of noodles. Even though I've never order Rad Nah before, I feel like these portions are extremely small compared to the other noodle dishes I have ordered before. The papaya salad had no flavor and was rubbery. This is probably the worst of all the dishes. We've definitely had better. The spicy shrimp basil was also smaller than we are used to from other places. This was actually supposed to be squid but they didn't have any squid so they called and offered to replace with shrimpAll and all, the food was just ok. The spicy level was not where it could've been. We are used to spicy and their spicy is more like medium and medium is more like mild. I'm used to Thai spice level being extreme. This is not. Since this was a delivery, I can't comment too much on their customer service. They did call and explain to me the situation about not having squid for one of my orders and suggested a different option. They were kind and apologetic on the phone so their customer service was great on that aspect. They are slightly cheaper than some of the other Thai places but there is a reason. I would rather pay a little more for better quality and taste, and larger sizes. I probably wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered the BBQ Thai Chicken, it was ok. What I noticed was a strange smell in the restaurant. Also the chicken was partly cold, not hot all the way through. The appetizer was great had the Bonsee special, which consisted of deep fried tofu, wonton, and wrapped shrimp. I would definitely explore other items here, but for Thai food this place was definitely mediocre. What they really need to work on is the smell in the restaurant. Not sure where or what that is.
I order online and I have always liked the food. I ordered only for delivery. Today was the first time I went in person to sit down and eat and today will be the very last time I ever eat here again. The lady was extremely rude horrible customer service. Didn't get our drinks. Food took forever to come out. Had their son running around inside of the kitchen area and I personally saw one of the guys microwave my food. Disgusting and I will absolutely never eat here again

I ordered some Pad see ew on Sunday, Mother's Day at 6:54 pm... they said it would take 30 minutes for my order. I picked it up, took it home because I've ordered here before and it was good. When I get home it's extremely dry, has no flavor or sauce at all! I tried calling all day Monday but finally realized that their website says that they are closed. I call on Tuesday after work at exactly 5 pm and the lady on the phone is so disrespectful even though I told her I was bringing my order back for a remake. She was trying to argue with me and asked me many times why I didn't call Sunday night which I shouldn't have had to explain to her that I had a long Mother's day, took my niece and nephew home to Riverside and that I'm pregnant so I was tired. Arriving to pick up my order I showed up with the food and told her I was there for the replacement order, she rolls her eyes and points at the food I'm picking up, I start to check it and she starts up again. "Go ahead and check your order since you said the last food was dry" "of course it's going to be dry if you didn't eat it for two days" "you ordered it at 6 o'clock and you had time to call"I got so fed up and again explained to her my day on Sunday, I asked her why she was so concerned about that when I brought all the food back, untouched?? I asked her why she's been trying to argue since we were on the phone??? As I'm leaving she is yelling at me to get out!! She was trying to argue so bad. I truly don't understand the terrible customer service! I will never be back there again. I didn't even trust eating this food so I inspected it and found one of her long black hairs... it's going in the trash but I got my remake to serve my principal and that's good enough for me. Karma is a dog and so was she.

I really like the food from this place. Service is good, people very polite but there's one thing with the restaurant. I always order to go cause there's a strange smell in the restaurant, and don't like to eat there because if that. It smells like public restroom and that's the only negative thing about it. Like I said, food is good so I recommend to order to go.
