If you want less crowd, come early 1230. Food good, service good. Large variety of dishes, can do low salt if you ask. Spicy or not spicy. We come aways to eat here. Today, for my doctor.

They seated us quickly which was good. I was disappointed that they didn't clearly state what was gluten free and what wasn't on their menu. The waiter said that all their soy meats had gluten. I got the vegan pho and I appreciated that he said he would remove the soy sauce because it wasn't gluten free. I ordered their fried potatoes and he said the sauce had gluten. Ultimately I was left with a disappointingly bland meal. I had tofu water with rice noodles and dried potatoes. My husband got the vegan curry which he liked. Overall, I won't go back unless they update their menu to include vegan gluten free options.

I was surprised! A place near the airport with vegan food, they serve different dishes, starters, main courses, salads, soups, burgers, wraps, desserts, drinks, and specials. The food is fabulous, the “vegan chicken” crispy chicken is delicious, I also recommend the Tom kha, and the ice cream. The attention was good too.

I almost hate to promote this hidden gem (will it be harder to get seated? Lol!) FOOD is fresh and delicious and vegan - but I'm not even VEGAN and yet I love it! At busy times you may have to wait for a table but really... don't you worry when you go to eat somewhere and nobody is there? I recommend 100% !!!!

My daughter and I are vegan and really love having a restaurant with such delicious vegan Thai food. We live out of State and come here as often as possible when we are visiting family. We are so glad we discovered this restaurant. One of the best Thai restaurants in California! The service is also great and Nochi always makes us feel welcomed and at home.Vegetarian options: There are so many delicious vegetarian/vegan options.Parking: Every time we go, there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: My young daughter loves Bright Star Thai Vegan. She loves watching the chefs prepare our food.

Every time my sister and I have come, the service and atmosphere has been super welcoming and the staff super friendly!! The food is even better, best vegan Thai food we found!!! Love the orange chicken the most but all the salads are super fresh and tasty too. The protein options are really tender and flavorful. And the Thai Tea is yummy too!! I’ve been holding off on writing a review here in hopes that the food would improve. We found this over 3 years ago and we’re excited at the fact that we finally found a vegan Thai restaurant. When we first ordered we were so happy that we didn’t really talk about the issue with the food. Once we kept ordering from here it became obvious that things would never get better. What’s the issue with the food you ask? Well, it’s simple. It’s bland. We’ve explored the menu a little but have found items that we considered our “regular” dishes that we would get. Out of everything we’ve tried and each visit we find ourselves in disappointment looking for flavor and it’s just not there. Most of the sauces are plain and super oily or watery. Also, speaking of oil we’ve noticed in the last few times we’ve ordered here the amount of oil used in the dishes that becomes apparent once you see it left over in the takeout dish or in your own plate is gross and ends up making us feel heavy and disgusting afterwards. A lot of the dishes (especially when you order a few things on the menu at once) taste all the same. The best way I can describe flavor of most the dishes here is: sad. This is hard to admit because if you’re vegan you know how hard it is to find a decent vegan place in the Inland Empire (and in general). And when you do find a place you don’t want to think of it anything other than great because you know that if something is not going right with the food that it will be one less vegan restaurant off the already short vegan restaurant list. We ignored it for a long time and kept ordering here in hopes things would get better but realistically, it hasn’t.Also, if you tend to order takeout like we do, it’s very much outdated. It’s slightly frustrating to have to call in your order since they don’t have a website NOR do they have a website with a menu (the only menu I’ve found is of customers who’ve taken photos of the menu but that can be old menus). I’m dumbfounded as to why this isn’t a thing for them during this day and age (it feels like the old school days of having to call in your pizza order — those of you who had to do that know what I mean).I think our time ordering here has come to an end, at least for now. I think both me and my husband realized this after our over $85 dollar order last night and felt the whole order was a waste of money. Perhaps, we’ll give it a try again in the future to see if things have changed but for now we’ll still be on the search for a good Thai or Asian vegan place.
