If I can rate a 0 I would with no hesitation, worst customer service. I took my children to get simple chicken nuggets and ended up with a rude awakening.. honestly I didn't even want to entertain the back and forth the workers they were ready to argue with anyone. I was checking my order once it was handed over and the worker rushed to me and asked is everything okay.. I said yeah I'm checking my order and she Immediately told me to move in a rude way. yet no one was behind me nor they were busy with a line.. i said okay just give me a second please and things went left real quick. I had my 2 year old and 4 year old and my 5 year old Watching.I understand the drive thru has a time limit but communicate respectfuly, and you will receive respect back.

We ordered the fiery buffalo nuggets and they didn’t even coat it with buffalo glaze and just gave the spicy nuggets out dry. When they don’t want to be professional and right they just do whatever. Shame on you guys. DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. They don’t even have a number to get through to them.

I've been going to this location since I was a child. It has only gotten more modern and more cleaning. It also has an indoor kids play zone.Kid-friendliness: This location is one of the few locations that still has an indoor kid play place. It is always clean and maintained.
They have vegan food, you just have to be more specific, they are good at meeting your requirements.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger has a good flavor and you can order it however you want, they make your order perfect.

The beat time to go to this Burger King is before 7 pm. I went near closing time, and my food was horrible. You can tell it was old dry and just thrown together. The service was rushed like hurry up. We are closing and walking out the door as soon as you leave. The atmosphere was rude and unwelcome. I used my Burger King code for a deal, but it was working, so I had to pay full price for thrown together nasty old food.

Thought id give this location another chance. Resulting in it being my last. I used the app to order that Burger King promotes so much about just to end up with a messed up order of food missing. Drove back to BK to claim missing food commented on my fries being cold all this driving back and forth. To tell me "let me speak to my manager, .... we are out of fries" horrible!!!! What kind of respond is that ? "We are out of fries"

Just got a basic whopper jr. The buger didn't taste as good as I remembered them to taste. I don't know what ingredients changed over the last year but it sure effected the flavor of the burger. Unless it was just this burger King. Take it for what it is worth. I probably won't eat there for another year or two.

I hadn't been to BK in several years but I'm glad I stopped in. I ordered the combo #1: whopper (added cheese), fries and a coke. Came out to about $12 and some change. I used the drive thru. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon. Only one person ahead and behind me. They were fast and friendly. No issues there. The food was pretty good. The burger itself is massive (name makes sense) but the patty could be a bit thicker. Still very filling. Fries were perfectly salted, could be a bit more crispy but still satisfying. All in all, it was a very good experience. I will make sure it's not another several years before I stop by again.
