The Mediterranean burger was amazing as well, reminded me of Ruffs Burgers over in Germany.Toasted soft buns, melt in your mouth cheese & flavorful patties! Service was also very kind and quick.Thank you for advising the duo so I could try multiple flavors!Kid-friendliness: The outdoor area next to the bar was great for having kids sit or play outside. BurgerIM has their own space so the kids can stay within the fenced area while you eat.

Ordered the "Spanish Beef" burger and the "Mojo Cheese Potatoes" with tall can of Corona beer. This location advertises their Burgers as gourmet burgers and the pictures of the food are very misleading. The Burger that was served to me was flat and boring. It looked like a burger served from a school cafeteria. The meat itself was lukewarm and the buns had no taste. The jalapeños and cheese were invisible under the bun, yet Burger is advertised as "Gourmet". I asked the young lady at the counter if the Burger was large before I ordered and she assured me they are large. She even asked if I wanted the Burger cut in half and I said "yes, please".The "Mojo cheese Potatoes" were very disappointing. I took my first bite into one of the Potato chips and I immediately tasted freezer burn. They smother the potatoes with cheese to mask the taste of frost bitten potatoes. The potatoes were lukewarm and not crispy at all. The jalapeños they served with this order were not tasteful at all. I was expecting pickled or at least fresh jalapeños mixed with the cheese or as advertised.On top of all this tasteless and unappetizing food, it took 30 minutes to make my order. The Burger was not cut in half.This was not a busy day.The only thing that I was able to enjoy was my cold tall beer, which I almost finished while waiting.

Okay so I usually really like this place, i ate it a lot during my pregnancy. I usually get a duo. Have been coming here for a couple years now too BUT as of lately the buns have been soggy by the time I get home (5 mins) and the Pattie's have been burnt. BUT TODAYYYYYY OMGGG today was not okay. y'all literally forgot THE WHOLE PATTY ON BOTH BURGERS. Like ??? How does this happen. Your literally a BURGER JOINT. The receipt will also be shown. It's actually really funny but also not funny at all for the price of this place which is pretty high for what you get (no patty apparently) they got the no cheese part right but as you can see on the receipt I ordered angus beef. I guess this is their way of starting my postpartum diet for me lol (._.)

Inside Haven City Market. The meat is tender and juicy. It is definitely cooked well and not dry at all. The potatoe wedges were soft and tasty with the right amount of salt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lively atmosphere and they have a great selection of drinks as well.

My friend and I went to Haven City Market and ended up choosing BurgerIM for food. Thankfully it wasn't too busy and we were quickly able to order our food. We both ended up getting burgers, but our cashier was very friendly to let us know about some different specials, like the duo. I ended up getting the Greek lamb, and the meat was very juicy. All of the flavors worked so well together in a familiar burger form. I also got it with a side of fries, which looked more like chips. I really enjoyed the flavors of them, as somebody that enjoys more of a crispy, crunchy fry. My friend got the angus beef and said that it was also juicy as well. Our only issues were keeping some of the ingredients in the burger from falling out!Seating should be pretty easy to find since it's all around, but I've only been to this area three times so far. Overall, it's a great place to stop by if you're feeling in the mood for some burgers, especially with the option of getting duos or trios if you can't decide on a specific burger!
