really bad service. i loved the atmosphere, which is why i was drawn to eat there. a tall brown haired girl with really cute glittery makeup received my order. she never said hi, she just said, “salmon avocado?” that was the whole answer she gave me during the time i ordered. don’t wanna sound mean or anything but I was expecting more from them. hand rolls are delicious, BUT SOOOO small.

Their Bao Buns were good and definitly recommend. Although an order mixup happened, it was corrected and food was great.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Don’t go here for ramen you will be highly disappointed. Tastes like bland noodles in sink water literally disgusting and not worth any money ?

$3 for one can of coke that is just insulting and the ramen tasted like cup of noodle 1 Ramen 1 coke $24. There is a Ramen place on Archibald and baseline nice place great Ramen for less.

I absolutely love Haven City, and on a quick trip decided to try something new on this trip. I've never had any "real" ramen, I have literally only ever eat l instant ramen. Enter Bushi:Order: Easy. I chose a photo that looked good and got that. The broth, noodles, and pork was absolutely flavorful and delicious!Downside: adding broccolini and adding bean sprouts was an extra $4 and not worth it at all. The amounts were tiny and just not necessary for the cost in my opinion.Upside: walk around haven city and pick a beverage and a dessert from any vendor while you're there!

Most awful ramen I have ever eaten. Came with a paper bowl which is very cheap, and the ramen has no difference with instant noodles.

Bushi by Jinya is located in the Haven City food hall. I was in the area for Jury Duty and decided to check this food hall out for my lunch break since it was so close by. Being a fan of the original Jinya, I was excited to check it out... but less excited when I ate it. I got the Bushi Soul Black and it did NOT come with an egg so I added the seasoned egg. They did not give me an itemized receipt but this came out to be more $20 for a lackluster lunch. The big killer for me is that the broth was funny but somehow bland. Did someone forget to salt? It definitely did not live up to the Jinya name. The egg was overcooked and did not taste seasoned at all. The bowl didn't have corn either, which is one of my ramen must haves. Just an overall sad sad bowl of ramen. Not recommended.

Since my youngest daughter was not with us at Haven City Market at the time, I wanted to order something to-go for her. Last time, bushi by JINYA made an impression on us with their scrumptious chicken karaage. So I decided to come here for some more of their humongous and delicious chicken karaage. This time around I went with the 6 and 3 pieces of chicken karaage plus a pork chasu rice. It's not cheaper to get more chicken karaage so just get the size that you want. Chicken karaage is still big in size and still so delicious... tender chicken on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Pork chasu rice was good per my youngest daughter as she was the one who ate it.Staff was really nice. The lady behind the counter said bushi is a subsidiary of JINYA. I know there is a JINYA Ramen in Eastvale. They are related. Store front is creative. They have a wall art for photo op. Prices are okay for the portions provided. We'll definitely be back for more goodness... we'll have to try their ramen from here next time. One ramen at a time! LOL

Slow service, and very bad food. Skip this place and find another stall to eat at. I ordered ramen, karaage, and a roll. The ramen was room temperature, the roll was tasteless and looked pre-made, and the karaage was overcooked. Each thing I tried just disappointed me more than the last. On top of all that, it took them nearly an hour to get me my food. My group had already received all of our food from other stalls and finished eating before bushi finished our order. Fire Wings was able to finish two orders of wings, tater tots, and chicken sandwiches before bushi finished our first order, and we ordered Fire Wings after bushi.

The shio ramen noodles taste ok but it’s not hot and ramen is sticky. Also waited about 30 minutes for my food. The karaage is good. $16 for a bowl of ramen is not worth it.

service was quick and good, I left my wallet in my car and the staff continued my order right away when i came back. the ramen itself is kinda mid in my opinion. I got the bushi soul red ramen. there are 3 spicy levels: no spice, spicy, and hot. I got spicy, and it tasted more like a 2/10 spicy to me so kind of mild, just warm. noodles are good, but they taste like they've been cooked in older water (you can taste the starch in my opinion). the broth is also really thick, almost creamy ? which isn't bad but its not my cup of tea. it's a little too thick for my liking, and there wasnt enough flavor in my opinion; im pretty sure this one is suppose to be shoyu flavor ramen but there isnt enough shoyu flavor. the wood ears taste a little funny but the texture is good. I wish there were more green onions too. the chashu is really good though!! nice thick pieces, and it's seasoned well; very simple but very flavorful. it's not too chewy either. probably won't come back here but it was nice to try it!-on a different day a few months ago I tried a hand roll which was really good so I recommend getting one of those if you'll be coming here!Dietary restrictions: they have a lot of different options, you can choose whatever you want/don't like on the ramen etc.

Unfortunately a huge miss. I’ve been here a few times and tried to give it multiple chances. Every time it’s a miss. Today the spicy chicken ramen is beyond salty and inedible. Normally I would just tell them and ask them if they could remake it but today I just don’t have it in me. My taste has been all messed up and the chicken is weird looking. Definitely using the jinya name wrong. Would recommend passing unfortunately. Wish it was good but it’s just not
