Today was my first time visiting the cafe rio Mexican grill, it gave me a chipotle and moes vibes. The home made tortillas was a good touch, the food portion was pretty reasonable for the price, the service was also speedy. The only concern I had was the food taste, the sweet pork barbacoa was wayyyy to sweet, you can hardy taste the pork, the food as gave me a bit of upset stomach. Overall, I would give this place a try if you want something quick or on the go

Wow! The service here is awful! Didn't come back for a few years because of the same experience. The portion and quality of food sucks. Went at 1pm a on a Sunday the food DID NOT look fresh. Looked like it's been sitting awhile. I will not be back. I do not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere...

Love the enchilada style burrito! However, the quality of the food varies from location to location. Here meat, beans and rice was cold. And the amount of meat was very small compared to what I have get in other locations. Service is slow and people lacks a sense of urgency and hospitality. Guest is no a priority here. Both front and back seem dirty and unorganized. Location on Eastvale reminds my favorite, as soon as you walk in you can feel welcome and the place is clean.

It was OK. I feel like Cafe Rio has been going downhill for a while. The service wasn't great workers looked like they didn't want to be there, and the rice and beans were not fresh. This location, in particular, is not very good. Would not recommend.(This location).

U will go in hungry and come back hungry. The skimp on qty. Head to chipotle or anywhere else where portions are reasonable. I don't want to be unfair. May be itz a one time mistake. Will try again and if portions are reasonable will remove this review.

The customer service is horrible and not friendly. There's food everywhere and no one seems to know what's going on. Watching them serve food and spilling it all over the place into different food options is just not sanitary. I have loved this Cafe Rio it's just really not what it used to be. It seems as if the staff is under the influence. Cafe rio definitely needs to either change management or rethink about actually keeping a healthy environment and caring about feeding customers.
