I go to this location all the time but today I was disappointed don't get me wrong. I think the people that work there are normally very nice and helpful and their people friendly but today when I went at 12:15 the guy was very rude. He did not say anything, he just stood there, so I gave him my order and once I gave him my order, he just walked away. When it was ready he called out the drink and then I asked him for a cup of ice and he gave me the smallest cup that was , and filled it halfway. I think this guy needs to find a job where he's not dealing with people.

I had a great customer service encounter with Norl. I felt very welcomed and I appreciate the positive energy. The Mocha Expresso that I had was very good. This is an open clean environment where I was able to take care of a lot on my work computer. I normally don't leave reviews but todays experience was defiantly something to share. -AS

Verve is great I wish they weren't in the capital one cafe because it's very awkward with them literally just standing there while you're doing work. But today we had a little tiff with one of the capital one employees. Prior to me getting there one of the workers, without asking, took a chair from the table my boyfriend was sitting at. My boyfriend confronted him stating that he didn't even ask and that he was expecting someone. The worker's response was "he needed somewhere to sit" yet when I walked in no one was sitting in the chair. So I was like whatever I'll go grab a chair from the little seating area that NO ONE was sitting at and he tells me that I can't take a chair from there yet he took one from our table so I asked for the chair that he took and luckily he gave it to me but he wasn't very kinda at all.

Verve coffee tastes incredible, and the ambiance is PERFECT to get work done. the space is designed to feel like it's meant to just sit down, open a laptop, and do what needs to be done! Their service is great as well! Clean, professional, and a wonderful coffee shop :)

Came on 3/2/24...literally amazing staff. I ordered a caramel latte almond and the guy helping me out talked me through their food menu and merchandising process to ensure freshness. He then prepared the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Was very peaceful inside perfect for studying too. Verve is now my go to!

Cool idea for a chill place to get some work done or people watch. The drinks are not good though. I ordered an iced matcha...I can't even accurately describe the taste, it was like 1 scoop of matcha powder mixed with a gallon of warm water poured over ice. Good thing I used my capital one card and it was 50% off

I went into Capital One Cafe, because I was having some difficulty with my credit card. I had called customer service and was given an out of country service agent. The customer service agent had a very strong accent and spoke too fast, that I had a hard time understanding her, anyway I called because I wanted to change my password to my account. During this phone call, I got so confused that I think I gave her the wrong email address. During my visit to the Cap One cafe, I asked if they could recover my correct email address and give me a new password to my account. I met Shaw and she said that she would help me with my dilemma I had. Shaw is one of the best representatives that anyone could ask for, she listened to my concerns and she had so much patience with me and my husband. We were there for quite a while, while she went to work and fixed our problem. She even offered us courtesy drinks from the cafe. Thank you Capital One and once again big shout out to Shaw

The staff there are so kind and understanding. I started up my first bank account with them, and they were so patient with me since I was litrally confused about it all lol. They made sure everything looked perfect. They also gave me free coffee. The coffee is soooo good guys, like whenever I go to Victoria Gardens mall now,I dont go to starbucks no more, I go here to get coffee instead. And I think the prices are better. I love the energy in the building, I love that you can study there with friends and rent a private room. I have never had a negative experience here honestly.

I love the quality of coffee here but the service has been always bad , baristas are all very cold attitude, they rather chat with each other and instead of say hello or ask how can I help you ! Wish capital one cafe can improve their employees service. They don’t seem happy to work here!
