Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. I am actually going to write to corporate as I don’t think they’re aware how badly run this place is.- rudest host at the front desk with the fake eyelashes. She needs to learn how to talk to people and not give unnecessary attitude- water glasses came and the plastic glasses were full of muck at the bottom with the top chipped and dirt all over. I had to ask for a different glass- Fajitas came without rice. Had to remind them and no apologies nothing. Just brought it out as through I was asking for something extra- completely forgot our kids meal. Had to remind and then ultimately cancel because we were already done with our food- Environment is so bad. Torn couches, place stinks. Everything seemed unhygienicThis experience has ruined our overall view of Chillis which used to be our favorite place. Never again.

Went during lunch time, so it was a little busy. Took a seat in the bar and I got my drink quickly. Food came out quick but I didn't get my appetizer but I wasn't charged for it so maybe my server didn't hear me as I was ordering.
