The steak I ordered was over cooked, they gave me an inncorrect side and never brought the wine I ordered. The waiter kept on forgetting To bring it I gave up after asking two times. Mind you I never even complained or said anything about my incorrect meal. Not sure if they arrived under staffed or a lack of training on the waiter. Either way did not have a good experience.

Prices have increased across the board since Covid. I know restaurant costs have gone up as such. This being said I was not happy with the 3% charge added to the bill to ensure the same quality I got previously just by paying for my meal. It feels like a slap in the face. I'd rather the prices be what they need to be to cover your expenses and make a reasonable profit. I stopped going to another establishment right after restaurants reopened for imposing a "Covid" fee, which is no different than your fee. They and you should be glad people are coming to your store. Set your prices and do not add additional fees. It feels like a slap in the face. The food was good, as was the service otherwise.

Deborah was great! We had a very nice family dinner, good food and good service! We had a big party she made sure we had everything we needed! She was patient and attentive! We will be back!

We have not been to a Claim Jumper in several years. We had a family holiday outing and needed someplace nearby for dinner so we decided to revisit the Claim Jumper after a long absence. We were NOT disappointed. We arrived over an hour before our reservation and David, the Manager graciously made sure our table was ready. Our sever Deborah was patient and attentive. Our party of 10 consisted of 6 adults, one teen, two pre schoolers and an infant. Not an easy crowd but Deborah rose to the occasion, putting the order for the little people's food in with our apps so that they were fed and focused, allowing the adults to truly enjoy our meals. We were full and satisfied but decided we could not leave without a piece of the famous Motherlode chocolate cake, which we took to go and will enjoy with our Christmas dinner tomorrow. We all had a great experience and will definitely return again; sooner rather than later

We had a great meal and good service. The birthday we had been celebrating was fun and our waitress was fabulous. Food tasted really good. Our last visit, the food had a very bland taste but has improved. We will be back soon!

The server was good but the food was garbage. Got the Alfredo pasta and it was so bland and disgusting. Can't believe I paid $99 for dinner to be not even be able to eat it. Would not return.

Decor was dated but the place was clean- except for the men's restroom mid-afternoon. Suggest that a team member clean every hour. NY steak and sea bass were very good - prepared perfectly. Butter cake was a great dessert. The salad bar was mediocre so we didn't choose any of the salad bar plus protein offerings.

Went to CJs in Rancho Cucamonga with my wife and parents to celebrate my birthday. The food was good and servers were friendly. When it came time to pay, I had 2 Morton's Steak House gift cards a friend had gifted me. I had used part of 1 a few weeks before at the CJs in Buena Park with no issues. This time I handed my server the same cards and I told him these cards worked at the other CJs (Landry's Family) He came back and told me his manager had said they were no good there. I explained to him again that I had used them there before. The manager kept refusing. I finally went to talk to the manager myself. She had never attempted to check if their card scanner would accept them. She tried to “run the cards” and they went through. She could have saved me the trouble of explaining the situation if she had bothered to check if the cards were accepted at this location. It was not a good experience arguing with the manager on my birthday.

Service was outstanding!!! The food was poor quality, poor presentation and poor flavor. Obviously things at Claim Jumper's has changed since our last visit. Unfortunately the new ingredients, presentation and flavor are significant enough that we won't be back. Such a shame. Our waitress could not have better. She was friendly, did a perfect job — I hope she is able to find a menu and restaurant that complements her abilities.

Was really good food , decent help . the building was a little dated . Not vary gold mine or western looking besides a an old mine cart filled with rail road ties out side of the building.

Steak was salty and not good at all. Lobster Mac and Cheese was bland. Only good thing was the bread and mozzarella sticks. Sorry, but I would not recommend this place.

I called on two separate days prior to our dinner. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! So I made a reservation for 2 thru Open Table for Veterans Day (SAT Nov 11, 2023) as my husband is a Vietnam Vet. Via email or text, we did NOT get confirmation from the restaurant. We show up and they said THEIR SPECIAL VETERAN DINNER WILL BE HELD ON MON NOV 13 - Two days after Veterans Day!!! OMG REALLY #!?#! That info was not on their website nor any signage in their lobby or outside the restaurant. We were not coming back Mon. They offered us a free appetizer, or a free dessert, or 10% off our bill. We took 10% off our bill and consciously did not order drinks appetizers or dessert. BE AWARE --- YOUR FINAL BILL WILL HAVE A 3% SURCHARGE. It is in fine print on the menu. The reason ... to keep up or meet their operational charges. THIS IS SO WRONG. We decided to give the server a lesser tip! Guess what claim Jumper ... you treat your veterans and customers in this way, WOW. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.One more thing, the booth they sat us ... both benches had large ugly tape covering tears on the upholstery. SO TACKY

This is like a Buffet. So many choices. The food was a good amount & tasted great. I ate lunch at noon so the room was a little dark, like in a log cabin. Everything was very nice . Definitely a return visit. Remember to make reservations.
