Went to coldstone with my grandmother and was waiting to be attended and was completely overlooked by Nick. As soon as a girl that seemed to be his friend walked in he immediately acknowledged her and her family but continued to fail to acknowledge us. Stood there until someone else noticed what he did. So rude and not sure if was a race thing but Nick should not be working here if can’t seem to treat people equally.

For the most part I have only dealt with the manager, whose name I never got, and I know times are tough but she has been rude from the start each time across a few interactions. This last interaction was when I felt the need to inform the surrounding community about this behavior. I applied simply because I had the time and I wanted to work, cold stone obviously is one of many options, but upon asking about my application and potential interview I was swiftly cut off. I was then told that ‘if I want to interview somebody, I will call them.’ That was all I needed to cross this job posting off my list and decide to not return which I’m sure they’ll be happy about because the manager obviously doesn’t want work to come to their business. While the other workers are friendly, please be wary if you know your kids, siblings, or any family members of yours are looking for work and applied to this location. Perhaps she felt more comfortable being rude over the phone during a busy time, but nonetheless hopefully you all are aware and stay safe when dealing with this store, and that the person I’ve interacted with has a good day soon because it seems like she has not had one in a while.

I'm only giving this a two star because of the manager I saw yesterday. It was December 1st around 1:15 pm when I came in to get ice cream. There was only one employee working with his manager, the employee was very kind, absolutely adored him, but the manager had no sense of urgency.This employee was the only one working and the line started getting huge. That's a lot of work for one person who has to chop up the ice cream and get the orders right. He asked his manager to come out for help, but she seemed reluctant. Seeing a huge line in the creamery didn't bother her. She seemed focused on helping out at the register than the orders. The employee kept having to tell her that were people and he needed help. I'm sorry she just seemed bothered and didn't have much urgency.

I asked for a Waffle bowl and it was extremely hard and stale. I had to end up throwing the whole thing away after one bite that tasted horrible.

“Mud Pie Mojo”- Coffee Ice Cream with OREO Cookies, Peanut Butter, Roasted Almonds and Fudge.. It melts in your mouth with such an incredible flavor, totally recommend this yummy combination ?

I had 2 bad experiences at this location .They were unfriendly and also instead of placing all the ice cream I to our bowls that were scooped out he scraped the rest into the trash .When I asked him why he did that he said " oh it would fall off anyway" I'm sorry I paid for that ice cream... overlaid I might add. No smiles, no greetings, and when I finally wrote in to corporate I actually got a call the same day from the store manage .She apologized and said she would make sure they got retrained She said we will send you a gift card via email within a week .This was about 3 weeks ago .I've sent two more emails to corporate yet no calls .While I won't be returning to that coldstone I would go to one closer to my house. A job is a job .Put a smile on and be friendly .We are spending $ and they are throwing the company's money in the trash .
The Chocolate Devotion is creamy with a flavorful mixture of chocolate chips, brownies, and fudge chunks. Our server smiled and was very attentive to our order even on a very hectic Saturday night.

Cold stone makes custom blended ice creams for you on a cold stone. They always have a beer selection and never run out. And the ingredients are always available.The service is really amazing. Whether cold stones may only put in 90% of the cup, this cold stone, overloads the cup for you. This is really great because the ice creams and the mixtures are delicious.Their cold stone is truly cold. I've purchased at multiple chains before and the ice cream is a little bit more like soft serve because of the mixing on the stone. But here the stone is so cold that it maintains the temperature of the ice cream.

I just walked out of Cold stone, they took forever to attend to me despite only being myself in there. Ontop of it it took around 10min to make my smoothie. AND the one making my smoothie put tap water in the drink and tried to serve me it. No thank you.

Came in with my daughter and I could tell that there were way more employees but they were all staying in the back. They saw me and other people walk in and began to glare and immediately left rather than helping us. Seemed very lazy and just didn't want to help us whatsoever. Kept poking their heads out as more customers came in but then would return to the back and left only one employee on his own. We were helped by this one employee Daniel who was an extremely helpful young man and waited for us the entire time rather than leaving like everybody else. He was very quick and did a great job and had a smile unlike the others. Very good attitude and I appreciate his kindness
