Just left the Drive through Not only the cashier the Night Manager were so rude and impatient they almost killed me.I ordered my Burrito with no Tomatoes ? and this uneducated Disrespectful Worker had the Audacity to say I never said that.Then to put the Icing to the cake I ordered Carne Asade Fries they serve me deluxe fries and when I went to go grab them they fall out the box and the fries taste cold like if there fresh from the freezer no fryer.If they weren’t so damn busy listening to that Garbage Music may be they would of heard me.The food was disgusting ? it was cold.Man Del Taco was about to have a Huge Law Suite on there hands if I had eaten that Tomato Jacob Erani would have had the easy case in his Profession.If your not happy with your Job find a better job.Dont take it out on the Customers we are the reason you have a pay check.I Will make sure corporate hears about this.All these workers need to be retrained or replace.God Bless and Have a Great Night!!!??????????

2/2/24 8:45 The girl asked me if I wanted taco sauce. I said yes 20 seconds later she hands me my bag. Got home and NO sauce. She only did one job hand me my bag. How can she FORGET the taco sauce!The meat on my Del Tacos were smushy so was lettuce.

This location is usually pretty good, especially when Ofelia is working. I often come here during my work week. I was disappointed and kind of ticked off today because the service was less than desirable. When I placed my order with the woman whom I believe was the manager, I ordered a combo with medium fries and a large strawberry lemonade. I got the lemonade almost right away. I got more ice than lemonade. The cup was 3/4 full of ice. In my opinion, that reduces the amount of lemonade which is what I wanted. When I received my order, I wasn't sure if it was the correct order, because she neglected to give me a receipt. When I opened my bag, I found a small bag of fries and I had ordered a medium order. The tortilla on the burrito was hard on the edge, like when you leave the bag open and air dries out your tortillas. I informed a young man behind the counter that I had requested a medium order of fries and the manager must have overheard me because she came out and asked the young man what I wanted. He informed her of my complaint and she asked me, well do you want a medium order of fries??? and I said, that's what I asked for, but not anymore. She had an attitude which I didn't appreciate. Won't be coming back here for a while.

Horrible customer service at drive true. It was so bad they did not give me my receipt. They must hate working at that place or have some problem at home and choose to take it out on customers. When I asked for a receipt, they gave me a reprint. 2 employees became very hostile because I ordered the new Dragon fruit drink. I assume it was too early since they said they don't have it. At the window, I ask if they have it at all since participation may vary. She became angry and rudly replied, and it seemed she wanted to argue. I had also gone true drive true, previously but it was being fixed so I went to the front window these was a different lady. She refused to take my order and said I had to order at drive true. I told her there were two men fixing it. So I left the drive true and went around when she could have just taken my order there. No customer at all in drive true other than me.

Burnt Charcoal black carne asada (see photo!) in my stuffed quesadilla tacos! They obviously thought it was a joke giving me these at the drive-thru... Totally inedible and burnt to a crisp. I called and complained and told the manager why would anyone serve this to a customer? You obviously seen how black the meat was. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please don't come to this location.... I spent $40 bucks on pure garbage. I don't appreciate being served this type of sh#t!!! It was no mistake because I had two tacos like that and there was nobody in the drive-thru! I felt discriminated against!!!

I've lived in the area a little over a year. In that time, I've come to this location about 8 times. (All drive thru), and every time, I'm impressed with how nice the people at the window are. Kudos to the young folks here, giving great service. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Was in today and had a great experience. The woman who makes the food came to take my order because the front register person was busy with the drive thru.The woman was so nice! Even came and asked if my food was good after I sat down! She even greeted customers while she was on her break!!LOVED HER!!

Very clean !!! Which made me order . I can't stand going in restaurants with a bad odor. It is Thursday around 7pm so I'm not sure if it made a difference, but you guys are awesome. Food was good too .
