I Went there a few nights ago I ate in the dinner and a cockroach fell in my food it was sickening and when I asked for a refund the lady said no but they can remake it I didn't want to eat there after that that's sick I'll never go back to this location go to the one on haven.

I went here a couple days ago and a was sitting in the dinning room when two giant rats ran under the table it was horrible I was so disgusted I asked for a refund and they refused when I said I was gonna call the health department the lady with glasses told me to leave I'll never go back here disgusting.

Walked in at 8:45pm on a Thursday night... placed my order and wasn't asked if I wanted it for here or to go.... got my food real quick (less than 5 minutes) but in a bag... we sat down and started eating.At exactly 9pm the manager in charge yells "the store is closed"..My date and I guess that meant we couldn't order any extra food and continued to enjoy our dinner...Around 9:07 he then yells from behind the counter that we have to leave the restaurant very rudely....Now if he would've said "hey we close in 15 minutes, and your food has to be to go" then MAYBE I'D UNDERSTAND but that wasn't stated when we ordered our food...I worked at In-N-Out and Chipotle and if I ever tried to kick out customers while they were eating after spending their hard earn money...I'd be fired the next day!...I've had bad customer service but never have I experienced the disrespect while eating any meal in my life...I will NEVER EAT AT A DEL TACO EVER AGAIN!!YOUR ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS SOME RE-TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ORDERED 2 #21 REG 1 SMALL1 FRY WAS CHANGED TO AN CHILI CHEESE FRY

Came through drive through for 2 bean burritos... Simple order.... At 10:30PM. NO ANSWER on the mic on the drive thru... So we drove up to the window... 2 employees acted as if I didn't exist. Then refused to make 2 bean burritos... That would take them less than 5 minutes. But one employee said he had a delivery to do, but didn't look like he was in a rush to deliver that food... They close at 11PM, like c'mon. I was looking forward to a bean burrito stuffed with fries, and they just let me down.... Smh.

Went to the Del Taco in Rancho Cucamonga off of Baseline and Archibald I used to go to the one in La Verne years ago their food is very good customer service is good they have the best fries my granddaughter is love them but what happened to the big large cup of fries they used to sell but overall good experience will be going more often

This Del Taco really disappoints. The new guy at the register leans against the wall when you take your order. The soda machine was working at 50 percent with no ice and dirty tray. No napkins in napkin dispenser. Wet food trays made the paper placemats stick to food. No mild sauce. All inferno sauce. Visit was at 12:06 midday. 6/29/23.
