What's the point of opening the store at 11am if the food isn't going to be ready until noon? Drove 15 minutes to the Eastvale location where food was ready to be served.

I came here for the first time because I had a deal for $5 off. I ordered online around 11:15, and the soonest choice for picking up the order was 11:45, even though it was just fries. I tried calling the restaurant to see if they could expedite it, but the voicemail said that they no longer answer their phone due to staffing. I showed up at the restaurant around 11:25. There were no customers there, and there was just one girl working who was on her phone. I told her that I had ordered online but that it didn't give me a choice any earlier than 11:45, but it was just fries. She said she would go ahead and get that cooking for me. It took about 5 minutes and then we were out of there.I was really surprised how small the portion of fries was for it being $5! The taste was ok... Nothing special or memorable or worth coming back for.There was a printed sign on the counter saying that this location was not accepting the T-Mobile Tuesday deal, however that was the exact deal I had used, which I had done successfully online.I had originally been wanting the brisket beans, but they were all out, the employee said.

Called to see if they serve creamed spinach. They do not answer there phone calls. So, since I don't want to drive 12 miles to see if they serve this, I'll go elsewhere.

Place was horrible food look so gross and looked old looked like it was just reheated nothing worked the sauce heater was broken I asked her, she said she can give me warm sauce from the back and it still was cold. The sodas were all flat. There was a few signs up they don’t accept cash because all the robbery’s and I should have took that as a red flag and it was empty looked like they had no business for sometime we Throw our food away and left that was a waste of 70$ we will not be back this place need to be recheck I don’t know how they have a grade A they need to send out the health inspection to update that grade from a year ago they need to be shut down. The only employee there she was rude and looked like she didn’t even want to be there.

Came in after checking into my hotel to grab dinner; the the service was friendly and planning my order was easy. When I got back to the hotel and dug into my meal, I was pleasantly surprised. All three meats I'd ordered were perfectly tender and cooked just right. The green beans never fail to disappoint and the potato salad had flavor! Thoroughly enjoyed my meal

Thought would try this again. Very disappointing. Ribs had a off flavor not like the meat was bad just off had to drown it in sauce. I dont know if the young lady who was working was having a bad day when I walked in there was no one else in the restaurant and she was setting at a table and didn't seem to want to be bothered. Not worth the $23 for a half rack of sauce.

My bun was burned and my pull pork was cold. The sweet tea was old and the soda wasn't any better also tasted sweet and flat. I went for lunch and saw the employee turn 2 people away because she was the only one working and had phone/online orders to fill. What a disgrace it was lunch time and this place is loosing customers. I got a 9.99 lunch special and some how came out to 16 and some change. I would like a refund.
