Awesome place. Food is really good and portions are large. Loved their salsa although could have used a bit more salt on the chips. I am vegetarian and it’s sometimes hard to get dishes adjusted but they had a veggie burrito that was perfect as is. They would have modified anything for me and were super friendly. Been there twice already and just wish they were closer to where I live. My go to spot in Rancho Cucamonga area. Photos did not do justice, but burritos were huge! The staff, first thing that comes to mind and I would think so since you have to interact with them before being seating. They are just lovely, friendly, vibrant people with an amazing knack for customer service. The food is authentic. It's delicious and I crave it when I want Mexican food. There's so many delicious items, enchiladas, burritos, nachos, quesdilas, the Cadillac margaritas are divine!! The interior matches the name with parrot decor. It may not be for everyone but I like parrots, I like color, and it's cozy, warm, inviting. Craving Mexican, now you know where to go!!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes and you can ask for no meat or substitute with beans if you wish.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu, the place has wonderful food that McDonald's addicted kids should be eating instead.
