We ordered online for pick up. Our food was ready sitting on the counter with no line of customers at all and the front staff proceeded to just ignore me. The worst part was the food. The chicken was old, dry and chewy. Everything tasted gross and old. I will not be returning. Please improve your quality. Price going up and food going down.

Great food. Excellent service. Everyone very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had dinner for about $20 and we love the food as opposed to a sit down restaurant now for dinner $75 to $100 with tip and tax.

I love it here I come almost every day on my lunch break the staff here takes great care of you all of the managers everyone helps you to the full maximum always great spirits. Even when it’s busy they get you your food fast great customer service great people great environment I highly recommend!!

Last visited Friday before Christmas and was charged for the 12 piece meal but received the 10 piece meal. Chicken also had that chewy/rubbery texture when it's under cooked. Drive thru line was crazy long, and noticed one of the chicken breasts had a few cuts where I can only assume they were rushing and just eyeballing the doneness instead of checking the temperature to make sure everything was cooked right.

Immediately when we entered the building, everything was clean and had a modern design. We ordered and soon our name was called. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, and all of us enjoyed. We are sure to come back soon. I definitely would recommend to others.

Honestly, I will never come back to this location ever again I was appalled by the disgusting and horrible behavior of the employees. I asked for a manager, and the lady would not give me a manager. I checked my receipt and her name was Beatrice. I asked for unsweetened iced tea multiple times while going to the drive-through And I got to the window and she still did not give me the unsweetened iced tea. I asked her if she could ring me up for an iced tea I would not mind paying for it and she would not. I asked her if she could bring it up on another register again, she would not allow me to order an unsweetened iced tea. She was very rude and I was honestly very upset on the behavior of the employee as I’ve never had a problem with this location before I have been working in the fast food industry for over six years when the store gets an order wrong it is the stores top priority to offer excellent customer service and better the situation by fixing the order she told me if I wanted her to fix the order I had to go back through the drive-through again, even though I was at the order window. She gave me my bag of chips in a small takeout bag. It was not even put in a bag used for a packaging and handling food. Beatrice even threw my change on the floor in the drive thru.

Went here never had a problem before. But this time I ordered a 3 piece all white meat they gave me 2 chicken breast and 1 wing. When I return home the 2 chicken breast, we're not cooked completely. ?

I rarely do reviews but I came here today with my mom. I was ordering food through drive through and I can understand when it's busy. But this lady or whoever was there was talking about "give me a second I'm dealing with complicated costumers" I'm sorry what? She didn't even mute herself so just said it? In what way was I being complicated?? Infact I think the only person who was, was you! I've been nothing but patient and the lady working drive through tonight 11/16/2023 was not doing her job. I was ordering and she would disappear mid order and then made me repeat 2-3 times. I'm just trying to order my food and go which I'm sure that's what you would have wanted as well. How is it my fault? I'm disappointed in the costumer service lately I would in no way treat a guest like that! I work with guests all the time so I get it but this is unacceptable learn better and do better because the next time it happens you might just find out with the wrong person!
