I ordered the pancakes combo. I wanted to use my $5 off reward, which expires in a few days, and they said NO. The girl said that they are already discounted the price so I can't. I don't have this issue with the Farmer Boys by my house, just this store in Rancho.

I went the first time approximately nine o'clock in the evening ordered a pastrami. By the time I got home tired and hungry. Just gobbled most, feed the feral cats the rest. Even though it was definitely not good tasting. $14.00 dollars plus tax was way too much money.I called the next day and ultimately decided just to replace the sandwich.Again, I was equally disappointed. I will never , ever by e pistrami at farmer boys.Their quality has significantly decreased in the quality and Taste of the sandwich didn't matter what they did, it never improved.I recommend that you go elsewhere if you want a good tasting pastrami like the HAT.

Cashier was either the manager or an owner. Either way, she was extremely unfriendly and shouldn't ever be the pne who takes the customers' orders. Older lady, short, heavy set.Mean people like this are what causes me to not return, and I frequently go to this location. I will not be returning anytime soon because of the unfriendly energy this lady gave, as my money is good elsewhere, especially when it comes to food.I sat and ate with my girlfriend and where we sat I could see that this was how she was with "everyone" who walked in to order.PS: The rest of the staff was as friendly as always.I still will not return as her energy is a complete overshadow of the good food.

My first time there it seemed a lot of the patrons were regulars who knew the staff and made small talk. I kinda liked how it gave a small town feel to the place which I normally wouldn't expect from fast food.
