Thought I'd try this sub shop and walked in to hear employees talking about other employees and customers. Maybe employees should focus on their job and stop the gossip. 20 minutes to wait for a sandwich is unacceptable, especially when there was only 1 person ahead of me. Never again will I go here .

The atmosphere was nice and clean, the staff were ok, but very disappointed with the food. When you buy a steak and onion sandwich you kind of anticipate that it was hot. I found out the hard way that they do not cook the steak fresh to order, it is just steamed. Not to good.

Ordered white MD HOOK (from T-moblie) and WHEAT MD ROAST BEEF. And they made mistake, the bread is switched. When I told them and asked to make new order with the right bread, they refuse it. They said NO MORE WHITE BREAD . REALLY?? IT IS ONLY 3 PM ON SUNDAY AND THETY DO NOT HAVE MORE WHITE BREAD?? They messed up my order. I ordered to be pick up around 2PM, they made my order around 1PM ( 1 hour earlier ). So, when I picked it up around 2:30 PM and it's wrong order, they refused to fix it. The reason : it is already 2 hour. It is NOT ny fault if they made it 1hour earlier. And, oh ya Tamara the ass. Mgr that said that. Damn store..

Great place to pick up a fresh sandwich nice friendly staff really helpful when it comes to the menu. I love the way they barely toast the bread it's just perfect. Nice and small inside not too much seating. Dnt forget. Cookie my favorite is the confetti.

So today I went in to claim my T-Mobile offer and it had a major glitch. Perhaps hoping to discourage us from getting our free Hook & Ladder, however, Roxanne was AWESOME !!. She not only helped me but other confused T-Mobile customers. Shame on you T-Mobile !!! Not fair to Miss Roxanne- she was slammed...
The quality has gone way downhill and there's no reply for customer service inquiries in regards. The brisket continues to get less meat and prices up to almost $18 for a large which is barely enough for two people. It was one of my favorite sandwiches from a local sub shop but I will not be going back.Update Oct 23: The restaurant responded to my review on here and requested that I contact customer support which I've already done a couple times but there's no response. Customer service failure that shows they don't stand behind their $18 sandwiches.

Sandwiches are getting worse but their prices keep going up. The overhaul of the rewards points program that devalues hard earned loyalty is the last straw along with reduced quality. I'm out!
