Always love coming here! Great pricing for the meal for two or three during happy hour! I was able to take my friend for her birthday, we accidentally burned one of our meat options and our serve Ashley was super attentive, where she replaced the meat without us having to ask ! She even helped celebrate my friends birthday by giving us a sweet treat. Thank you Ashley! You were the best! :)

I've been coming here pretty often for the past few years and it never disappoints. Although you cook most the food yourself. The quality is great! The staff are friendly and you don't wait very long for your food. Overall my experiences are great. Just make sure to set a reservation. Much more convenient ??

I bought my family in today, the party of 8 who had a reservation for 1:15 we were not seated until 1:48 causing me too loose my money spent on the movies I was supposed to be at, if come in and one person wants all you can eat everyone at the table has to eat all you can eat, there was no way to absolutely eat up 300.00 dollars in meat because the turn around time for them to bring you more food to grill was absurdly insane, as you can only order 3 raw meats each round but you only have the table for “90minutes”, I found myself waiting impatiently as my server was also bussing 4 to 5 other tables and they repeatedly brought pork to the table after I politely informed them I do not eat pork, they come back again and just put it in the table and say well it’s just extra, instead of bringing me the steak meat I initially ordered more than anything I feel this particular all you can eat set up is sketchy, your not even going to be able to to fulfill your 60 per head mark. I did enjoy the experience maybe I’ll go back maybe I won’t, maybe just entrees and sake next time as I looked around there were not many people indulging on the all you can eat, now I see why, super tight area not really a place of children, my fire kept going out, they had to continue to restart the fire smh

Food was great. Server was a bit rude, in my opinion. We got the premium all u can eat, and it was just my husband n i with our toddler. When we were ordering our first round, after I mentioned a few items. He said, "That's it, we'll start with that," and walked away, as if he was controlling our order. Then I even felt a little uncomfortable having to send him back a few more times for items he cut me off from including in our first round. I saw him make a weird face one of those times, as if we were annoying him or he was judging what we were ordering. Once we were pretty much done eating, it was obvious that we had slowed down and weren't planning on ordering more food. We were just kinda sitting there, feeling full. He then comes and tells us "alright guys, we're hitting the nighty minutes." This dude was rushing us out. Gyu Kaku is one of my favorite places to eat. We've been going to different locations for years and never had an experience like this. This was our first time at the Victoria Gardens location, and we sadly won't be back. That was hella rude and obnoxious.

The reception ladies cancelled my one hour waitlist without proper notice. Overcrowded and snobbish place - Will never visit.

Recommended by a friend. And it was our first time. We cooked our food with the grill in the table. Be careful if you have kids. They have bundles with meat and veggies, or you can order to the menu individually. Also, they have like 3 levels of all you can eat for 60 minutes. If it is the first time we suggest the middle or the premium level bundles to try the meats, also there was no pressure to cook and eat. The people working there were friendly and understandable. They explain a lot and give us good sugguestions.

The meat was frozen , and took long time to cook was very busy which might have lead to this issue, been there many times in the last 10 years at least once a month first time this happened

The worst dinning experience for a long period of time! ?Saw this place when we shopped at Victoria Garden last time, so we decided to go and try it on tonight, and we wished we didn’t ??‍♀️Remark: we did the supreme all you can eat, and which is $70.00/person for 90 minutes.1 ) It took the server more than 10 minutes to greet us and take orders for our drinks. (Giving the doubt that he was too busy)2 ) took over 15 minutes before he start bringing us the 1st round of order.3 ) We have to hunt for our server to get our drinks refilled. (Glass has been emptied for at least 10 minutes before we started to get his attention)4 ) Start giving us attitude at the beginning, but we didn’t think too much until he started to roll his eyes when we placed our orders for the second round.5 ) Missing item on each order (we have only ordered 3 rounds since each order takes 10~15 minutes)6 ) Every table gets the grill net changed 1~2 times but us… (we were the only Chinese in that dinning section, not sure if that matter)7 ) the avocado was brown in the salad.8 ) Ice cream was served without utensil (maybe he assumes we eat everything with chopsticks ?)9 ) we have to hunt him down to take the card when we were trying to pay 15 minutes after he left the bill.10 ) the food quality is not stable. Example, garlic shrimp was served nicely in the first round, but when we ordered it again, it was served like they just dumped the order on the plate. If you worry so much that Chinese don’t tip, maybe be you should consider adding tip guarantee to ease your worry.*We did tip about 18% just because we’re in the states, but definitely won’t be going back ever again ?
