parking: shared with the plaza and the lot is huge! food: iced rice dessert with toppings! definitely super interesting, but i dont think id come back for it... they also have teasservice: was professional, but not very fast. the server did make our dessert with care, but it took a while even though we were the only ones in the storeambiance: chill little dessert spot, but clean and has seating!overall: 4/5 stars, the dessert was just alright.

First time here so we ask the cashier what she likes, but she likes everything okay.. what's her favorite.. she didn't say... understandable its New Year day and a big group just walked in before us. The portion is small and the price I think is overpriced and they charged 4% additional for using CC. The sticky rice and chuncks of pineapple is decent not the best. We came because its something new for us, we used to have mango sticky rice at Thai Restaurant. Maybe next time we will try something else. Parking not a problem.

The inside is super cute, very clean, and the music isn't loud to where you can't even have a conversation like in other places. It was my first time today, and the staff was very patient when I had a hard time choosing and ordering. The dessert itself was new to me, but it was really good and super refreshing! It's like a base of sweet sticky rice, topped with a nice fresh milk tea of your choice, some shaved ice, and 5 free toppings. My favorite thing was how it wasn't sickly sweet; it was just right, so I could eat the whole bowl. I got watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, grass jelly, and almonds. Very delicious! Recommend. It's like if you mixed boba drinks with sticky rice and shaved ice but without it being so sweet!Note: if you have a sweet tooth, maybe ask for more sweetener, but if not, this is right up your alley. It's a light and refreshing dessert.

The food is unlike anything I've ever had before. I went in thinking it would basically be like Thai mango sticky rice, but it's more like a cold soup with incredibly refreshing flavor. The Hokkaido is heavenly, but I want to go back and try the cheese foam rice bc their cheese foam is some of the best I've had. The drinks?!?! The best I've had in the area. 100% recommend if you want to try truly different boba drinks done well (I know I got a strawberry milk w cheese foam, but it's literally so good and I will be going back to try the other drinks). The barista was incredibly helpful in explaining the items we got and allowing me to customize them to my heart's content. I dined inside which I recommend as their decor is super cute and the space is quiet. It felt like I was in a Calico Critter house. Super cute and affordable I will be returning soon!

So I really wanted to like this but it was just ok. Simple concept, pick your toppings, etc. At the end, it's just a scoop of cold sticky rice. I think it would be a great lunch option during the summer but I think it's a bit pricey for what you're getting.

I usually have a big sweet tooth and was very excited to try this place after seeing the Yelp reviews but this is definitely not what I expected. I ordered a medium ginger milk rice bowl. It just wasn't good. Someone compared it to hui lau Shan and meet fresh but this is not comparable to it at all! Not a fan of the ice rice concept. But my friend got a yogurt drink and it was good but very sweet. The service was nice and the lady was very patient. Also the inside is cute

I was wanting some Meetfresh or Hui Lau Shan but neither have locations in Rancho. Ice Rice luckily hits the same spot for me! Located next to Esporta Fitness, I couldn't resist getting a nice post-workout snack. It's fun to build your bowl. I got the ginger milk which was delicious and flavorful. The Hokkaido milk sounded appealing, but didn't taste unique or distinct from normal milk at all. The star is the sticky rice at the bottom of the bowl. It's soft and freshly made. The texture of the rice complements the milky soup and toppings very well. The sticky rice also helps Ice Rice stand out from other Asian dessert places. My major criticism is that some of the toppings taste overwhelmingly artificial. I do not recommend the strawberry jelly. It just tastes like chemicals. The rainbow mochi are soft and chewy, but it also tastes artificial and packaged. I would skip some of these options and get red beans, peanuts, grass jelly, brown sugar boba, condensed milk, and the like instead.

The woman who served us was very unpleasant and refused to sell me an extra bowl. Do no recommend at all. She’s nice to non Asians and rude to Asians.

After seeing the reviews from this place, my friends and I were intrigued to try this place. My friends and I asked questions because we were unsure of what the dessert was because we were confused of the explanation the employee gave us. She seemed pretty annoyed with us, even though there was no one else in the store... maybe we got the wrong impression but we felt negative vibes from her. Anyways, going onto the dessert, it is basically sticky rice, with tea/flavor of your choice, ice, and 5 toppings. We got the Hokkaido Milk Rice, Strawberries, Mango, Coconut, Lychee Jelly, and Mochi. Honestly the taste wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't good. It was very mid. OH ALSO the coconut is tiny shaved dry coconut, we didn't realize and it was lk sticking to our throats making us cough haha... but yeah the dessert was kinda bland. Maybe it was the flavor we got?? We are still not sure. :(Presentation was lk pretty ugly. For some reason the ice was on top for our bowl, and it made it literally just look like a bowl with ice and tea at the bottom... I saw other pictures on Yelp and the presentation was so cute and some other guy came to order and his presentation looked pretty with all the fruit on top. Probably would not come back, maybe if I did I would try the drinks but not for the rice bowl. Sad cause we were excited to try this place after seeing all the positive reviews. I'd rate it 1.7 stars.

Yo Foodie! Let's kick it! Ice Rice Baby! Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun! Ice Rice Baby! All right now stop! Collaborate and listen! Ice rice is here with a brand new invention! Well at least for my tastebuds it's a new thang. Since I was new to this I just asked what they recommend for me and she choose the classic Thai rice. So this was a sticky rice base flavored with Thai tea and ice topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries sprinkled with coconut shavings then a little drizzle of honey on top. I think there was some other things but since it was my first time I couldn't put my tongue to it. LoL! Since it's summer time it's a perfect interesting cold treat to give that tongue of yours a real whirl. They have açaí bowls and other refreshing things but if your looking for something new this is the spot. And that's my take on it, Peace.

I just recently found this place. It has the most delicious drink and desserts. My favorites are the pineapple slime and the mango yogurt. 10/10 recommend :) If you're in the area, make sure to stop by!!
