Terrible customer service, missing food, attitude, and very bad management. I came in to get my missing food from this store and they gave me my chicken home style sandwich cold and the fries cold. I came back in again to get it remade and now they're refusing to remake my food and arguing with me when I just simply want my hot food. Bad location don't come here and employees will always give you attitude.

I have always purchased food from their sister store on Highland/Day Creek Blvd. Today I tried the Haven location and regretted it! I ordered from the drive-thru two regular tacos and later discovered that they were both old! (They both stuck to the paper and fell apart when I tried delicately removing them from their pouch). I was working and had to return back to work so I couldn't go back to relate this issue to the manager.This Jack in the Box on Haven doesn't discard old food that has been sitting under the heat lamp in their designative time! The manager needs to be more responsible in replacing or replenishing old food so that their customers won't get sick, as I did feel a bit discomfort after eating those two tacos that later disgusted me.

went to buy literally one milkshake and dude at the window tells me my card has no money on it and it’s declining and i told him to keep trying again cause i have the money and he says i don’t or it’s a problem with my bank and there’s nothing he can do about it. go across the street to del taco and buy a shake perfectly fine of course. incompetent people working here

it was an app drive thur pick up. the person that assisted me wasn't the best. she was upset to learn she was incorrect about what she was doing. she dumped it off on her manager who handled the situation much more better than her worker. very unwelcoming won't be returnin to this location nor ordering from here again. the experience was very poor. we were told to pull ova to receive the remainin part of our order. i went inside so they wouldn't have to comeout. the cooc greeted me very professional very nice guy. the worker realized it was me and AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE. the manager gave me our food. i had to ask wasn't ASKED IF i needed condiments. $31 bucc order and we were given 4 ketchups.........are you serious? ONE ranch. how many combos were ordered? THANK GOOD I DON'T EAT this type of food............u'd think for each bag she'd place AT LEAST THREE ketchups for dem no na. WOW. maybe that's why the inside was completely empty.

The guys on night shift keep this place alive.Need more people to help them out. This one is always really busy at night. Respect to the night crew for holding it down!

They didn’t give me my entire order I paid for and when I went back to confront them about it, they said there was nothing they could do… it’s not the first time they’re extremely rude. It’s a heavy set Caucasian guy and the manager.
