I just ripped into Wendy's so I thought I'd come on here and leave a stunning review for Jack in the Box. Honestly, this location has never let me down. I get it, it's probably the most unhealthy food you can eat, I get it. But let me tell you, I've probably eaten here dozens of times at this point and not once have they ever been rude in any way or have not provided the basics. I get mistakes do happen, but these guys are on top of it. Thank you for always being so kind, and working hard!

Well, I only order their Chocolate Overload Cake, everytime I come here, & it’s the best dessert for me. It’s cheap & truly delicious. You should try it!

Poor customer service. I did the mistake of not checking my bag at the drive thru and when I got home I had half my order missing. I called the restaurant and they said they would honor it and take my name and get the free sandwich during next visit. Next visit came of course no free sandwich.

Service and food were on point ! Thanks to Nichola he took our order and was the best drive-thru service I've ever received. Asked for ranch and he also offered the creamy avocado sauce which i never knew about but it was DELICIOUS ! Thank you man ! I can definitely see him moving up corporate or manager wise very well spoken and a people person to the max.
First time I went here the drive thru was closed and there was no cone in the drive thru. There was still someone on the speaker to tell me that they were closed which is confusing. Second time their fryer was broken so I could only order grilled foods. Why even be open at that point? The Jack in the Box near Foothill and Rochester is so much better
