Terrible. They appear to be extremely short staffed and the kids that are working can only do so much. I saw a family in front of us wait 45 minutes for their food, and the place wasn't even busy. I had to wait about 35 minutes for our food. They literally had 4 people working the whole store, only one on the grill making the food, one on the counter taking orders and the other two running around apologizing to people for their wrong/late orders. Avoid at all costs.

4/16/21: Received my Postmates delivery. Amongst the order was a Grilled Chicken Sandwich for$10.99. We received a piece of chicken in a box - no sandwich!! **Not Postmates Fault. Also ordered 3 shakes - different flavors - arrived unmarked - impossible to differentiate without taste. Been calling for the last 20 mins and it rings and goes busy. Wtlf!?

Ordering was relatively easy. There were 4 of us in our group and we ended up each getting a different burger. They took a cell number and texted us when the order was ready. They were all delicious! We're definitely going to stop here again the next time we are in the area.

I miss this place like crazy. Their burgers are always so consistently juicy and delicious and the shakes are also to die for. I've never had a bad meal here. I hope they'll be able to reopen soon. I've ordered their burgers to go a few times since the pandemic, but there is nothing like being able to enjoy one of their burgers fresh off the grill.
