The actual food isn't bad but the experience is terrible. Awful waiting times. There is a sign out front that says "we're sorry for long wait times, we are short staffed." But when I go through the application and interview process to help out, they reject my application, as if they would rather complain about the issue than actually fix it.

This is without a doubt one of the best fast food spots in Rancho. I haven’t been to a Jollibee in the states for years because I felt like it wouldn’t stack up against what I’ve had in the Philippines and decided to try this location since it’s close to my house and WOW unmatched. Great prices, fresh food and there was nothing on their menu that was anything short of fantastic during my visit. One of the last places where the workers are happy to serve you and the place has a happy and upbeat attitude. Order. Everything.

I’m one of those people who didn’t get that good experience I ordered my food and I waited 35 mins and I was watching everyone go in and out. Till I had enough and I was mad at this point and asked where my food was, they didn’t even have my receipt nor did they even know I was waiting for my food. Worst experience ever

We are today in Jollibee rancho Cucamonga. I didn't get the the name of the server but she is a terrible server to be on the front, she wears glasses though. I just asked for plates and spoons because I ordered a bucket of chicken but man shes making rude side comments like if i dont hear it. The management should re train their employees in the front. They shouldn't make rude side comments in front of their customers. This is devastating.

I am usually In and Out this location but always enjoy the experience of going to Jollibee. Tho this location was quite busy the day I went. It was worth the wait, the food quality and great service was a great combo for me.
