Went in on Monday 1/29/24 at 10am.The girl working was extremely grumpy. No hello, nothing. Seemed very annoyed with my existence. In addition to that the carrot juice I ordered tasted odd…Possibly rancid. Definitely won’t be back.

Funny how we sometimes don't see people, places, and things until we're actually looking for them and then we see them. This is exactly what happened to me with this Juice It Up! (JIU!) I have been on an Acai Berry Smoothie for a few months now. I love the one made by JIU! Large 32 oz is what I normally get. Pho Bambu is my go-to for pork chop and rice which happens to be two doors down from this JIU! I did not realize that JIU! was that close and within reach until this past weekend LOL. I knew it was a juice joint, but I didn't really look that closely to realize it was a JIU! And I've been going to Pho Bambu for many years. I guess my juice craving didn't start until now LOL. Upon entry to this JIU, I was the only customer. Perfect so I can take lots of pictures. This shop is nice and clean. Lighting could be a little bit brighter though. It was a tad dim around the menu area. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Funny, I love to share my stories whenever I get the opportunity and I did just that on how I didn't realize they were a JIU! with the lady behind the counter. She graciously listened to my story. As I was ordering my usual large 32 oz. Acai Bery Smoothie, she asked me if I have the JIU! app. If I didn't, I could sign up and get a free small smoothie. I said I don't remember. I went through the whole process of signing up and it turned out my email was already in the system. Yeah, I'm already signed up LOL, hence, no free smoothie and that's okay. The good thing is that now I know and I can start getting points for my purchases since I will be visiting this JIU! more often. Obviously, I forgot all about my JIU! subscription LOL. Thank you JIU! staff for the reminder and the great tasting acai smoothie just the way I like it! I appreciate you. There you have it... my long-winded story on my newly found JIU! As Kung-fu Panda Grand Master Oogway says, "There are no accidents." All things happen for a reason. I am on my way to a juicier and healthier year in 2024! And I love it! See you here!!!

We went to this location and I pulled up a deal in my rewards app. I ordered the classic smoothie Melon Madness and my husband got a strawberry horchata. I scanned the QR code in the image attached with the scanner at the register.When I got my receipt, I noticed it rang up as $6.99. I waited until the next person had finished ordering and brought it to the cashier's attention. She claimed that wasn't the code I scanned and showed her. I proceeded to ask her how that exact code number was at the top of my receipt (circled in red in the images) if I didn't scan it. Her response was to ask me if I wanted to buy another drink and she would give me the discount. Two people didn't need three drinks, I asked if she could refund the difference. She claimed they don't do refunds. So beware, if the cashier doesn't know how to hit the apply button or if you're incorrectly charged, they don't do refunds and are not happy to be working there. Wouldn't recommend this location for this, and the smoothies were pretty watery and tasteless.

I've been here about 4x now. And every time I come here,, the girls that work there have a nasty attitude. This morning I got there around 8:30am and the girl working there didn't say anything to me, she just looked at me with a mean mug. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. My family and I won't be coming here anymore!!! We will be giving our business to Jamba Juice instead!!!! HORRIBLE STAFF
Cashier girl on Tuesday 8/29 at 2:35pm was rude. Terrible service. Not coming back. She would roll her eyes and hurry me. The juice is good as always but I just wish she would have been nicer. Place is clean.

Every time I come here I'm disappointed in the fruit they provide. It's never fresh blueberries or pineapple. It's always soggy and too ripped. I hope management changes there fruit more often. It's disappointing because any other location has a better eye on there fruit.
