They never have extra crispy. Then the tenders are all breading and no chicken, the sides I got were old and cold....this is like 5 visits in a row now...for the price I end up paying, it's not worth getting the food I don't even want. No more!

I was visiting my grandpa to celebrate an early Christmas and we chose KFC for our lunch. We ordered the Fill Up box. The fries were rock hard, the biscuits were completely stale and the chicken is over fried as if it were old and refried. We were both in shock and the quality of this food and how the workers would even be okay with packing this. I called the restaurant to see if we could return it and they don’t answer. Super disappointed. $35 down the drain and this meal put a damper on our holiday.

My order was a to-go order. Instead of a sweet drink, I requested three bottled waters. When I got home, there was no water. I called 5 times, only to get a recording that no one was available. Additionally, the chicken tasted of burnt oil...the oil needed changing; it was old and that taste permeated the chicken. I did return and was give the waters. It's too bad that the place has been nicely remodeled, but the food is still very bad. KFC needs to do a lot of work to improve their product at this location. Try somewherr else; we threw away much of our order.

The cashier was great but the cook didn’t follow instructions and poured a ton of mayo on our sandwiches when we ordered without it. The cost has tripled and they can’t even make the order correctly.

Kentucky Fried Wings Combo with Secret Recipe Fries are really good and will hit the spot when you need an instant cravings satisfied. *Disclaimer, it was so good I forgot to take a before picture and snapped one in the end!!The only thing I dislike about KFC wing combo i the drink selection. I don't like any of their drinks. I'm not a soda drinker, and I don't like raspberry tea. I do like southern sweet tea, power aid, Gatorade, or I'll even settle for a fresh lemonade. With that being said I still have to go elsewhere to grab a likable drink.

Terrible experience. Ordered Pot Pie they said it's only available on winter menu, so what is it doing on current menu. So then ordered chicken strips and 2 pieces chicken. I get food and stop to eat find there is no chicken. I go back line tell them they forgot my chicken. They say talk manager and she says we did not charge you for chicken so you have pay for chicken. I admit I got pissed off and reminded them they did not have menu item and forgot what I ordered. I yelled just give me my chicken lol. Manager said I'm not going serve you because your attitude. So true they did not serve me they just don't care. Give them 1 rating plus I threw away the chicken strips they were tough and greasy. Terrible experience.

I saw the advertised special with the 8 spicy wings for 4.99 . So i ask for 3 they come back and tell me i can only order 2?? I have elderly parents at home who are in their 90’s who each wanted an order! So when i get to the drive through window, they state they are only allowed to drop 2 not 3 ?? Food is good, but customer service, operating procedures, management is lacking!! Not worth the drive there. I’ll go elsewhere
